Empieza el curso, termina el verano y volvemos a los horarios normales. As\u00ed que tambi\u00e9n nos da por apuntarnos a los nuevos cursos del polideportivo y controlar la alimentaci\u00f3n,\u00a0tras las ca\u00f1itas y tapitas de verano. \u00a1Que no decaiga! Ya sab\u00e9is que es posible comer sano y rico.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eli<\/strong> nos lo recuerda con su receta de hoy, cargadita de joyas nutricionales: verduras, champi\u00f1ones y pescado azul. Todo ello cocinado y presentado con mimo da un resultado como el que pod\u00e9is ver y que os recomendamos probar.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Calabac\u00edn<\/li>\n<li>Pimiento verde<\/li>\n<li>Champi\u00f1ones<\/li>\n<li>Zanahoria<\/li>\n<li>Cebolla<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/atun-claro\">At\u00fan claro<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Queso rallado<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Cocemos el calabac\u00edn pelado y dejamos enfriar un poco para poder vaciarlo sin quemarnos.<\/li>\n<li>Mientras, vamos salteando los trocitos de cebolla, pimiento verde, zanahoria y champi\u00f1ones.<\/li>\n<li>Vaciamos el calabac\u00edn y agregamos su \u00abcarne\u00bb a lo salteado.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adimos el at\u00fan.<\/li>\n<li>Rellenamos el calabac\u00edn con la mezcla y lo cubrimos con un poco de queso rallado.<\/li>\n<li>Metemos al horno para gratinar.<\/li>\n<li>Utilizamos la parte sobrante de lo salteado como guarnici\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10013\" alt=\"Calabac\u00edn relleno de at\u00fan y verduritas\" src=\"https:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/wp-content\/uploads\/calabacin-relleno-verdura-atun.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sano y rico \u00a1Gracias Eli!<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Septiembre es, junto con enero, el mes de los buenos prop\u00f3sitos.
