Ella misma confiesa en su blog <a href=\"https:\/\/eldulcepaladar.blogspot.com.es\/\" target=\"_blank\">El dulce paladar<\/a> que cuando le ofrecieron este plato por primera vez no acababa de ver claro eso de rellenar algo tan dulce como un melocot\u00f3n en alm\u00edbar con algo salado, pero tras probarlo le gust\u00f3 tanto, que desde entonces no quiere esperar a ocasiones especiales para poder degustarlo, as\u00ed que se lo prepara algunas noches para cenar. Porque adem\u00e1s, se trata de una receta muy sencilla.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 mejor forma de comprobarlo que probarlo? \u00a1Vamos all\u00e1!<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes:<\/h2>\n<p>Para 4 personas (2 mitades por comensal):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 lata grande de melocotones en alm\u00edbar light (suelen traer 8 mitades)<\/li>\n<li>2 cebolletas moradas (cebolla larga)<\/li>\n<li>200 g de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/lomos-atun-frasco-200g\">at\u00fan en aceite<\/a> escurrido<\/li>\n<li>Unas hojas de lechuga<\/li>\n<li>3 tazas de mayonesa light<\/li>\n<li>3-4 cucharadas de\u00a0 k\u00e9tchup (al gusto)<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de mostaza<\/li>\n<li>16 tomatitos cherry<\/li>\n<li>Perejil picado<\/li>\n<li>2 latas de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/anchoa-aceite-lata-50g-12u\">anchoas en aceite de oliva<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Mix de ensalada vital (r\u00facula, escarola, espinaca etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/li>\n<li>Vinagre de manzana<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Sacamos los melocotones del alm\u00edbar y los colocamos boca abajo sobre un papel absorbente.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">Cortamos la cebolleta y la lechuga muy\u00a0 menuda y la ponemos en un bol junto al at\u00fan que ya habremos desmigado.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">Mezclamos muy bien.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">Mezclamos la mayonesa con la mostaza y el k\u00e9tchup al gusto. Podemos hacerlo a mano, o a m\u00e1quina, pero debemos homogeneizar muy bien para que quede uniforme.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Unimos la salsa a la mezcla de at\u00fan y cebolleta (reservando un poco de salsa para presentarlos). Unificamos muy bien.<\/li>\n<li>Preparamos un lecho de hojas de ensalada en una fuente plana.
