Esta vez es <strong>Manuel<\/strong> quien firma unos <strong>esp\u00e1rragos gratinados<\/strong> que os van a encantar. Combinan los sabores del tomate, el esp\u00e1rrago, la mayonesa y el Bonito del Norte con gran maestr\u00eda, en un plato f\u00e1cil de preparar y con un resultado espectacular.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfQuer\u00e9is probar?\u00a0\u00a1Pues a cocinar! ;)<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 lata o tarro de esp\u00e1rragos blancos gordos (8 esp\u00e1rragos aproximadamente)<\/li>\n<li>2 tomates<\/li>\n<li>1 lata de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/bonito-del-norte-oliva-120g-25u\">Bonito del Norte\u00a0<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Mayonesa<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Doramos ligeramente los esp\u00e1rragos en la plancha.<\/li>\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3n, preparamos la mayonesa, y una vez la tengamos hecha, la mezclamos con el bonito con la ayuda de un tenedor.<\/li>\n<li>Cortamos los tomates en gajos.<\/li>\n<li>En una fuente para horno, colocamos los esp\u00e1rragos y el tomate, y cubrimos con la mezcla de mayonesa y bonito.<\/li>\n<li>Introducimos en el horno a 200 grados durante unos 10 minutos para que se gratine.<\/li>\n<li>Emplatamos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10323\" alt=\"Esp\u00e1rragos gratinados con Bonito del Norte\" src=\"https:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/wp-content\/uploads\/esparragos-blancos-con-bonito-y-tomate-natural.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a1Espectacular, Manuel!<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nuestros amigos de Olor andaluz vuelven a participar en nuestro concurso de recetas.
