Tranquilos, no nos hemos vuelto locos; tenemos claro que no podemos meter el mar como tal, \u00a1pero s\u00ed que podemos meter todo su sabor!. As\u00ed lo ha hecho <strong>Esperanza de la Macarena<\/strong>\u00a0con los pimientos rellenos de mejillones y berberechos que ha preparado para nuestro <a href=\"https:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/concurso-de-recetas\/\">concurso de recetas<\/a>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>4 pimientos italianos<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">2 cebolletas<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">2 dientes de ajo<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">Perejil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">2 latas de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/mejillones\">mejillones<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">2 latas de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/berberechos\">berberechos de las R\u00edas Gallegas<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">4 cucharadas de aceite de oliva<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">100 g de harina<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">2 vasos de leche<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">Sal<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Preparamos la bechamel (e<span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">n una sart\u00e9n ponemos a calentar 4 cucharadas de aceite de oliva virgen; a<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">\u00f1adimos la harina removiendo sin parar hasta que est\u00e9 dorada; a<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">\u00f1adimos la leche caliente y damos vueltas a fuego medio durante 10 minutos) y r<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">eservamos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Picamos 2 dientes de ajo y 3 o 4 ramitas de perejil, y lo fre\u00edmos a fuego lento en otra sart\u00e9n.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adimos 2 cebolletas picadas y rehogamos hasta dorar.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adimos los berberechos enteros y los mejillones partidos, y rehogamos durante 5 minutos m\u00e1s.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adimos esta mezcla a la bechamel, y rehogamos durante 5 minutos mas.<\/li>\n<li>Rellenamos los pimientos con una cucharilla.<\/li>\n<li>Los metemos al horno precalentado y los dejamos 30 minutos a 170\u00ba.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-10405\" src=\"https:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/wp-content\/uploads\/pimientos-marineros-600x450.jpg\" alt=\"Pimientos marineros\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/recetas\/wp-content\/uploads\/pimientos-marineros-600x450.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/recetas\/wp-content\/uploads\/pimientos-marineros.jpg 960w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Unos pimientos llenos de sabor marinero, \u00a1gracias Esperanza de la Macarena!<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfC\u00f3mo introducir el mar en un pimiento?
