Aunque ellas han usado la <em>Thermomix<\/em> para caramelizar la cebolla, tambi\u00e9n se puede hacer en una sart\u00e9n de toda la vida. \u00bfProbamos?<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 l\u00e1mina de hojaldre congelado o fresco<\/li>\n<li>700 gr. de cebolla<\/li>\n<li>50 ml. de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<li>Pimienta negra<\/li>\n<li>30 gr. de caramelo l\u00edquido<\/li>\n<li>1 lata de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/bonito-del-norte.htm\">Bonito del Norte<\/a> de <a href=\"..\/\" target=\"_blank\">Conservas Serrats<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 huevo<\/li>\n<li>1 terrina de foie o pat\u00e9 (el que m\u00e1s os guste). En nuestro caso es de finas hierbas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>En primer lugar vamos a caramelizar la cebolla. Nosotras lo hemos hecho con <em>Thermomix<\/em>, pero igualmente se puede hacer en una sart\u00e9n a fuego lento. Ponemos en el vaso las cebollas cortadas en cuartos y troceamos 4 segundos a velocidad 4.<\/li>\n<li>Ponemos la <em>Mariposa<\/em>, a\u00f1adimos el aceite y programamos 30 minutos. <em>Varoma <\/em>velocidad 1.<\/li>\n<li>Vertemos en el vaso el caramelo l\u00edquido y programamos 3 minutos, 100 grados y velocidad 1. Retiramos y reservamos.<\/li>\n<li>Por otro lado, estiramos la l\u00e1mina de hojaldre un poco con el rodillo. Hacemos tiras\u00a0 y vamos envolviendo el molde de cono (que lo engrasamos un poquito con una gotita de aceite, para que no se nos pegue).<\/li>\n<li>Batimos el huevo y pintamos los conos con una brochita.
