Una fecha importante que trata de concienciar a la sociedad de la importancia de prevenir las enfermedades cardiovasculares. Y desde <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\">Conservas Serrats<\/a> queremos aportar nuestro granito de arena recordando la importancia de llevar un <strong>estilo de vida saludable<\/strong> (hacer ejercicio, evitar el tabaco, reducir el estr\u00e9s&#8230;) y <strong>alimentarse de forma adecuada<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En los alimentos tenemos las mejores <i>herramientas<\/i> para <i>construir<\/i> una buena salud: legumbres, verduras, cereales&#8230; y c\u00f3mo no, nuestra <i>llave maestra<\/i>, el \u00a1<strong>pescado azul<\/strong>! Seguro que ya conoc\u00e9is sus beneficios, pero<!--more--> nunca est\u00e1 de m\u00e1s recordarlos, y m\u00e1s en fechas tan importantes como esta.<\/p>\n<p>Una de las propiedades m\u00e1s conocidas del pescado azul es su contenido en <strong>\u00e1cidos grasos poliinsaturados Omega 3<\/strong>, que contribuyen a bajar la concentraci\u00f3n de colesterol y triglic\u00e9ridos en sangre. Adem\u00e1s, su consumo puede mejorar los s\u00edntomas de algunas enfermedades y contribuir a la prevenci\u00f3n de otras, sobre todo las <strong>cardiovasculares<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el pescado azul es una fuente de <strong>prote\u00ednas, minerales y vitaminas:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El 27 % del volumen del pescado azul consiste en prote\u00edna. Es decir, 100 gramos de pescado azul aportan m\u00e1s de la mitad de la cantidad diaria de prote\u00edna necesaria.<\/li>\n<li>Minerales:\n<ul>\n<li>El pescado azul contiene una alta cantidad de calcio, que ayuda a prevenir la osteoporosis.<\/li>\n<li>Magnesio para mantener el funcionamiento de los sistemas muscular y nervioso.<\/li>\n<li>Yodo para el buen funcionamiento de la gl\u00e1ndula tiroides.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Vitaminas:\n<ul>\n<li>Vitaminas A y B, que refuerzan la resistencia del cuerpo humano frente a infecciones.<\/li>\n<li>Vitamina D, que ayuda a que los huesos absorban correctamente el calcio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En el caso de las conservas de pescado azul, estas mantienen todas sus propiedades nutricionales y beneficios.
