Adem\u00e1s, gracias a su f\u00e1cil manipulaci\u00f3n, puede adoptar diversas formas.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la forma o t\u00e9cnica elegida para su elaboraci\u00f3n, el sushi tendr\u00e1 un nombre u otro: Makizushi, Nigirizushi, Temakizushi, etc. Aqu\u00ed, Jes\u00fas Miguel nos muestra c\u00f3mo preparar un Sushi Temaki o Temakizushi, que se caracteriza por ir enrollado en forma de cono.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes para 18 Temakizushi:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>200 gr de pasta orzo<\/li>\n<li>4 l\u00e1minas de algas nori<\/li>\n<li>3 cucharadas de vinagre de arroz<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cucharada de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>1 lata\u00a0 (120 gr) de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/detalles\/ventresca_OL120_ol.asp?m=general\">Ventresca en aceite de oliva<\/a> de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com \">Conservas Serrats<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 zanahoria<\/li>\n<li>1 aguacate<\/li>\n<li>Zumo de medio lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<p>Si bien el <strong>Temaki Sushi<\/strong> est\u00e1 elaborado con arroz, Jes\u00fas Miguel nos propone sustituirlo por orzo. El orzo es una pasta de s\u00e9mola de trigo con forma de granos de arroz, aunque ligeramente m\u00e1s grandes,\u00a0 muy empleada en la cocina italiana.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Colocamos la pasta orzo en un cazo con 300 ml de agua y dejamos hervir durante un par de minutos a fuego m\u00e1ximo, removemos, tapamos el cazo, bajamos el fuego y dejamos cocer 15 minutos m\u00e1s.<\/li>\n<li>Retiramos el cazo del fuego y, sin destaparlo, dejamos reposar otros cinco minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Mientras, en un vaso, ponemos el vinagre de arroz y el az\u00facar y \u00a0removemos hasta que el az\u00facar se disuelva.<\/li>\n<li>Echamos el orzo cocido en un recipiente ancho y poco profundo -una bandeja de pl\u00e1stico, por ejemplo- \u00a0y vertemos por encima la mezcla anterior.<\/li>\n<li>Removemos con un tenedor y con mucho cuidado, para que no se rompa el orzo y a la vez se enfr\u00ede.<\/li>\n<li>Pelamos y cortamos la zanahoria en bastones regulares.<\/li>\n<li>Quitamos la c\u00e1scara y el hueso al aguacate, lo cortamos en tiras y lo rociamos con el zumo del medio lim\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Cortamos las l\u00e1minas de alga nori en cuatro trozos longitudinales.<\/li>\n<li>Escurrimos muy bien la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/ventresca-de-bonito.htm\">ventresca<\/a> sobre papel absorbente y procederemos a preparar los Temakizushi o Sushi Temaky.<\/li>\n<li>Rellenamos cada uno de los trozos de alga nori con una cucharada de orzo cocido, colocamos un bast\u00f3n de zanahoria, una tira de aguacate, un trozo de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/ventresca-de-bonito.htm\">ventresca<\/a> de bonito y lo enrollamos todo en forma de cono.<\/li>\n<li>Para que se pegue el alga nori sobre s\u00ed misma, podemos usar un grano de orzo.
