Edici\u00f3n que ten\u00eda como objetivo adentrarse en la gastronom\u00eda de Singapur y en la ciudad de Hong Kong y a la que acudieron m\u00e1s de 13.000 visitantes, batiendo todos sus records.<\/p>\n<p>La fiesta comenz\u00f3 el domingo d\u00eda 4 con una cena inaugural en un inmejorable marco, la antigua iglesia del Museo de San Telmo. En nuestro caso elaboraron un delicioso pintxo a base de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/es\/comprar-anchoas-del-cantabrico\">filetes de anchoa del cant\u00e1brico en aceite de oliva Serrats<\/a>, acompa\u00f1ado de berenjena y germinados de r\u00e1bano Rosa de Kimuak, y maridado con un riqu\u00edsimo Txakol\u00ed D.O. Alava Eukeni-Artoma\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/videoseries?list=PLdhtFT9qpzNw_DxtzHLgNjBnpcISqz6sR\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Otra actividad en la que participamos con nuestro <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/es\/comprar-cogote-de-bonito\">Cogote de Bonito del Norte en aceite de oliva<\/a> fue la <strong>Cata Art\u00edstica<\/strong>. El en\u00f3logo y sumiller Mikel Garaizabal y su equipo de artistas, nos deleitaron con una innovadora y divertida degustaci\u00f3n en la que se combinan la cata de txakolis, vinos de Rioja Alavesa, sidra, cerveza (Ola\u00f1eta), aceites y una breve selecci\u00f3n alimentos de Euskadi, maridado con distintas disciplinas art\u00edsticas como la interpretaci\u00f3n, la m\u00fasica y la pintura en directo. Un antifaz que nos pon\u00edan de forma intermitente, clausuraba moment\u00e1neamente el sentido de la vista, potenciando el resto de los sentidos. <strong>\u00a1ESPECTACULAR!<\/strong> Nos divertimos y disfrutamos much\u00edsimo de esta original\u00edsima \u201ccata\u201d. Y es que, aunque mucho ha llovido desde aquel 1890, aquel deseo inicial, el de ofrecer unas conservas de la m\u00e1xima calidad, ha permanecido siempre invariable. Y esta es una de las claves principales para que hoy podamos gritar satisfechos que\u2026<strong> \u00a1\u00a1\u00a1CUMPLIMOS 125 A\u00d1OS!!!<\/strong><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_12609\"
