Nos propone acompa\u00f1ar el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/detalles\/bonito_OL120_ol.asp?m=general\">Bonito del Norte<\/a> con unos champi\u00f1ones de Par\u00eds rellenos de ajos y finas hierbas. Tiene buena pinta, \u00a1probemos!.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes para 4 personas:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>16 champi\u00f1ones de Par\u00eds gordos<\/li>\n<li>2 chalotas<\/li>\n<li> 1 ramo de perejil<\/li>\n<li> 1 diente de ajo<\/li>\n<li> 100 gr. de pan de molde<\/li>\n<li> 2 yemas de huevo<\/li>\n<li> 4 cucharadas soperas de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li> Sal y pimienta<\/li>\n<li> 1 bote de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/detalles\/bonito_RO250_ol.asp?m=general\">Bonito del Norte en aceite de oliva<\/a> de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\">Conservas Serrats<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Tomates cherry para acompa\u00f1ar<\/li>\n<li>Vinagre bals\u00e1mico<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li> Precalentamos el horno a 210\u00ba.<\/li>\n<li>Limpiamos los champi\u00f1ones y les separamos el pie.<\/li>\n<li>Con un cuchillo afilado, picamos los pies de los champi\u00f1ones con el ajo y las chalotas.<\/li>\n<li>En una sart\u00e9n, calentamos el aceite y doramos lo que acabamos de picar hasta que se evapore el agua.<\/li>\n<li>Fuera del fuego, lo mezclamos con el pan de molde desmigado, las yemas, el perejil picado y lo salpimentamos todo.<\/li>\n<li>Rellenamos las cabezas de los champi\u00f1ones con nuestra mezcla y lo colocamos en una fuente.
