Nos presenta unos huevos al serr\u00edn con Bonito del Norte en Escabeche, que tiene pinta de tener mucho alimento. Veamos c\u00f3mo prepararlos.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Huevos<\/li>\n<li> Mayonesa casera<\/li>\n<li> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/detalles\/bonito_OL120_esc.asp?m=general\">Bonito del Norte en Escabeche<\/a> de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\">Conservas<\/a> Serrats<\/li>\n<li> Salsa de tomate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Cocemos unos cuantos huevos y los ponemos a  enfriar en agua fr\u00eda.<\/li>\n<li>Ponemos en un bol el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/bonito-del-norte.htm\">Bonito del Norte<\/a> previamente escurrido y lo desmigamos con la ayuda de un tenedor. Despu\u00e9s lo mezclamos muy bien con salsa de tomate y lo reservamos un ratito para que se mezclen bien los sabores.<\/li>\n<li>Pelamos los huevos duros y los c\u00f3rtamos longitudinalmente en dos. Les quitamos  las yemas y las reservamos. Vamos rellenando los huevos con la mezcla de bonito y salsa de tomate y los colocamos boca abajo (cuidado de que no se salga el relleno) en la fuente donde los vayamos a servir.<\/li>\n<li>Preparamos una buena mayonesa casera calculando que cubra todos los huevos. Los cubrimos y reservamos en el frigor\u00edfico.<\/li>\n<li>Con la ayuda de un colador, desmigamos las yemas de los huevos apret\u00e1ndolos contra la rejilla de tal modo que queden como si fuera serr\u00edn. Se tarda un rato pero merece la pena, el resultado ser\u00e1 muy vistoso. Cuando acabemos espolvoreamos los huevos con el \u00abserr\u00edn\u00bb hasta que se cubra totalmente la mayonesa.
