{"id":13215,"date":"2016-04-11T12:29:02","date_gmt":"2016-04-11T10:29:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/?p=13215"},"modified":"2022-09-13T11:30:34","modified_gmt":"2022-09-13T09:30:34","slug":"lo-mejor-del-salon-de-gourmets-2016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/recetas\/lo-mejor-del-salon-de-gourmets-2016\/","title":{"rendered":"Lo mejor del Sal\u00f3n de Gourmets 2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Bueno amigos, pues ya hemos vuelto, agotados pero muy satisfechos de esta nueva edici\u00f3n de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gourmets.net\/salon\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Feria Gourmet<\/strong><\/a> en Madrid. 4 d\u00edas intensos llenos de encuentros, novedades, muchos amigos\u2026 \u00a1Mucho que ense\u00f1ar y mucho que aprender! La verdad, una gozada.<\/p>\n<p>Nosotros hemos disfrutado much\u00edsimo reencontr\u00e1ndonos con amigos, clientes y dando a conocer nuestros productos artesanos a quienes todav\u00eda no se hab\u00edan rendido a nuestros encantos ;-))). <strong>Conservas elaboradas con pescado<\/strong> de costera, frescos frescos, nada m\u00e1s salir del mar\u2026 Humm es un disfrute ver la cara de la gente cuando saborea una <strong>deliciosa anchoa \u201creserva\u201d<\/strong> en su punto justo de maduraci\u00f3n o viendo c\u00f3mo se le deshace la <strong>ventresca<\/strong> en la boca\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Durante los pocos momentos de tranquilidad que tuvimos aprovechamos a escaparnos del stand y a dar una vuelta por la feria. Es s\u00faper interesante observar c\u00f3mo la gente se rompe la sesera por sacar su producto adelante o inventar cosas sorprendentes. Nuevas combinaciones, diferentes maridajes, formas original\u00edsimas de presentaci\u00f3n\u2026 Texturas y sabores impensables, productos que jam\u00e1s se te ocurrir\u00edan\u2026 Es un espacio donde cada uno saca de su \u201claboratorio\u201d sus creaciones y los presenta a todos los que quieran descubrirlos. La pasi\u00f3n que cada cual pone en lo suyo al contarte sus bondades es admirable y es que cuando crees en lo que haces, eso se nota\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Bueno amigos, s\u00f3lo puedo poneros alguna foto y me da hasta \u201cverg\u00fcenza\u201d poner tan pocas, porque hab\u00eda cientos de cosas admirables e interesantes\u2026 aqu\u00ed una diminuta muestra\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n le quiero agradecer su visita a Silvia Gonzalez del blog <a href=\"https:\/\/jugandoalascocinitas-silvia.blogspot.com.es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Jugando a las Cocinitas<\/strong><\/a> que vino a vernos el mi\u00e9rcoles junto a su marido Alberto. Tenemos una magn\u00edfica relaci\u00f3n desde hace mucho tiempo.
