Un d\u00eda destinado a la concienciaci\u00f3n de esta enfermedad. Es importante difundir y dar a conocer las m\u00faltiples dificultades que se encuentran en su d\u00eda a d\u00eda las personas que padecen celiaqu\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Cada a\u00f1o 4.000 personas son diagnosticadas de <strong>celiaqu\u00eda<\/strong> en Espa\u00f1a; y un dato a\u00fan m\u00e1s sorprendente es que un 90% de las personas que sufren esta enfermedad no est\u00e1n al tanto de ello.<\/p>\n<p>Y, \u00bf<strong>qu\u00e9 es la celiaqu\u00eda<\/strong>? La celiaqu\u00eda es una enfermedad que imposibilita a los que la padecen a incluir el gluten en su dieta diaria; el gluten es una prote\u00edna contenida en el grano de los cereales trigo, avena, centeno y cebada. De modo que, es una lista muy extensa la de los alimentos y bebidas que no pueden consumir estas personas, y obviamente, esto complica su d\u00eda a d\u00eda. Por ejemplo, los ni\u00f1os que deben comer en los comedores escolares, a la hora de ir a cenar a fuera, etc.<\/p>\n<p>A pesar del avance y la investigaci\u00f3n para poder ampliar la oferta de <strong>productos sin gluten<\/strong>, todav\u00eda existe una insuficiente informaci\u00f3n en el etiquetado de los alimentos; tambi\u00e9n llaman la atenci\u00f3n los altos precios de los productos sin gluten\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Entre otros, uno de los alimentos aptos e ideales para las personas cel\u00edacas son las <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/es\/conservas-de-pescado\"><strong>conservas de pescado<\/strong><\/a>, siempre y cuando est\u00e9n envasados al natural lim\u00f3n o al ajillo.
