Mucho m\u00e1s que un premio \u201cculinario\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/es\"><strong>Conservas Serrats<\/strong><\/a>, hemos tenido el gran placer de asistir en el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cristobalbalenciagamuseoa.com\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Museo Balenciaga<\/strong><\/a> (Getaria), al anuncio de la chef venezolana <strong>Mar\u00eda Fernanda Di <\/strong><strong>Giacobbe<\/strong> como la ganadora de la primera edici\u00f3n del <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.basqueculinaryworldprize.com\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\">Basque Culinary World Prize<\/a><\/strong> organizado por <strong>Basque Culinary Center<\/strong> y el <strong>Gobierno Vasco<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El auge de la \u201c<strong>cultura gastron\u00f3mica<\/strong>\u201d ha convertido a muchos cocineros y chefs en personas realmente influyentes que han aprovechado su posici\u00f3n privilegiada para hacer de este mundo <em>un lugar un poco mejor<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lo sorprendente y admirable de esta convocatoria es que no premian a un Chef por una trayectoria \u201cculinaria\u201d excepcional, sino por su labor social mucho m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de sus fogones<\/strong>. Gracias a estos premios se han puesto de relevancia proyectos maravillosos; acciones sociales concretas y transformadoras, ante las cuales nos quitamos el sombrero.<\/p>\n<p>La lucha contra la obesidad infantil; la capacitaci\u00f3n culinaria a j\u00f3venes y otros colectivos en situaciones de marginaci\u00f3n proporcion\u00e1ndoles una salida laboral y una ilusi\u00f3n de futuro; garant\u00eda de una comida diaria a colectivos de ni\u00f1os necesitados; la defensa de las ra\u00edces e ingredientes de poblaciones\u2026 son s\u00f3lo algunos de ellos.<\/p>\n<p>De entre todos los candidatos, 20 optaban al premio final, la elecci\u00f3n result\u00f3 dif\u00edcil al jurado (*) y la ganadora ha sido <strong>Mar\u00eda Fernanda Di <\/strong><strong>Giacobbe. <\/strong>Adem\u00e1s del reconocimiento indiscutible, <strong>se llevar\u00e1 100.000\u20ac<\/strong> para poder dar un impulso a su magn\u00edfico proyecto.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_13649\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-13649\" style=\"width: 500px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-13649 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/wp-content\/uploads\/1468233258_500663_1468234636_sumario_normal-e1468394202593.jpg\" alt=\"Mar\u00eda Fernanda Di Giacobbe, ganadora del Basque Culinary World Prize\" width=\"500\" height=\"368\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-13649\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Mar\u00eda Fernanda Di Giacobbe, ganadora del Basque Culinary World Prize<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Maria Fernanda Di Giacobbe<\/strong> articula una red de educaci\u00f3n, emprendimiento y desarrollo en comunidades productoras en torno al cacao criollo como fuente de identidad, cultura y riqueza econ\u00f3mica. En medio de la compleja situaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica en Venezuela,<strong> se empe\u00f1a, sobre todo, en brindarle oportunidades mujeres en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad <\/strong>econ\u00f3mica, a las que capacita y convierte en microempresarias del chocolate.<\/p>\n<p>Desde <strong>Conservas Serrats<\/strong>, damos nuestra m\u00e1s profunda enhorabuena a estos premios por inspirarnos y dar a conocer estos fant\u00e1sticos proyectos que ponen de manifiesto c\u00f3mo la gastronom\u00eda, gracias al esp\u00edritu innovador y generoso de sus chefs, puede contribuir con la sociedad a trav\u00e9s de acciones concretas.<\/p>\n<p>(*) Un comit\u00e9 t\u00e9cnico entre los que se encuentra nuestra reconocida Elena Arzak, elabora una lista con 20 finalistas. El jurado es el encargado de elegir al ganador. El jurado presidido por Joan Roca, del Celler de Can Roca (Espa\u00f1a), est\u00e1 formado por <strong>algunos de los chefs m\u00e1s importantes del mundo<\/strong> como Ferran Adri\u00e1 (Espa\u00f1a), Dominique Crenn (Estados Unidos), Heston Blumenthal (Reino Unido), Massimo Bottura (Italia), Yoshihiro Narisawa (Jap\u00f3n) y Enrique Olvera (M\u00e9xico), adem\u00e1s de expertos internacionales como el escritor e investigador estadounidense Harold McGee, y al especialista en Historia de la Alimentaci\u00f3n, Massimo Montanari,.
