Para ello, la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fundaciondelcorazon.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Fundaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola del Coraz\u00f3n<\/a> destaca que el\u00a0primer paso para lograrlo es\u00a0conocer<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>los\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fundaciondelcorazon.com\/prevencion\/riesgo-cardiovascular.html\" target=\"_blank\">factores de riesgo<\/a> y que\u00a0resulta clave<strong> prestar atenci\u00f3n a nuestra alimentaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, han editado un tr\u00edptico que resume las principales medidas preventivas divididas en tres grupos: Alimenta tu coraz\u00f3n, Mueve tu coraz\u00f3n y Ama tu coraz\u00f3n. Entre otros, dice que <em>\u00abcomo fuente de \u00e1cidos grasos <strong>Omega 3<\/strong>, el <strong>pescado azul<\/strong> ayuda a reducir inflamaciones y a proteger las membranas celulares de sus efectos adversos si se consume, al menos, dos veces a la semana\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n<h2>M\u00e1s propiedades del pescado azul<\/h2>\n<p>El pescado azul posee unas propiedades de un alto valor alimenticio y nutricional, que lo convierten en\u00a0<strong>alimento fundamental para una alimentaci\u00f3n sana y equilibrada<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Es una fuente de prote\u00ednas y de diversas vitaminas entre las que destacan la vitamina A, D, y las del grupo B, principalmente B1, B2, B3 y B12.<\/li>\n<li>Bajo contenido cal\u00f3rico.<\/li>\n<li>Alimento rico en minerales: potasio, f\u00f3sforo, magnesio y hierro, adem\u00e1s de yodo.<\/li>\n<li>Rico en \u00e1cido linoleico y en Omega 3 que contribuyen a disminuir los niveles de colesterol y de triglic\u00e9ridos en sangre.
