Este congreso de alta gastronom\u00eda, que el pasado mi\u00e9rcoles 5 de octubre clausuraba su XVIII edici\u00f3n, es toda una referencia a nivel mundial y una estupenda\u00a0experiencia.<\/p>\n<p>El martes 4 de octubre, pudimos disfrutar de la interesant\u00edsima cata art\u00edstica de producto vasco con Mikel Garaizabal, en la que, entre otras delicias, se pudo degustar nuestro <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/es\/comprar-cogote-de-bonito\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cogote de Bonito del Norte<\/a>. Una cata \u00fanica e innovadora;\u00a0un collage de sentidos y emociones, de sonido y sabores, aromas, texturas\u2026<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter mi\u00e9rcoles 5, los\u00a0cocineros de la\u00a0Escuela de Hosteler\u00eda Aiala\u00a0elaboraron una espectacular ensalada de corazones de tomate macerados con <strong>cogote de bonito del norte Serrats<\/strong>, aderezados con una vinagreta especial, esferificaciones de clara de huevo, de aceite de oliva y una crema de oliva.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full aut\u00e9ntico placer disfrutar de este evento y dar a conocer nuestros productos en \u00e9l.\u00a0Adem\u00e1s, el cogote de bonito es para nosotros un producto muy especial y pr\u00e1cticamente somos los \u00fanicos conserveros que mantenemos la tradici\u00f3n y lo seguimos vendiendo. Nos gusta especialmente, porque se encuentra en un punto intermedio de jugosidad y melosidad, entre los lomos y la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/es\/comprar-ventresca-de-bonito\">ventresca<\/a>.\u00a0 Delicioso\u2026<\/p>\n<h2>GASTRONOMIKA 2016 (Donostia \u2013 San Sebasti\u00e1n)<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/h2>\n<p><i>\u201c\u2026es una mesa en la cual durante 4 d\u00edas todo suceder\u00e1 en torno a ella. Un encuentro referente mundial de la alta gastronom\u00eda..<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i>Son charlas, clases magistrales, ponencias, cursos, actividades, intercambio de experiencias\u2026.. Hasta 70 estrellas Michel\u00edn dentro de un formato que permite cercan\u00eda entre congresistas, ponentes, grandes chefs, con degustaci\u00f3n en tiempo real.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i>Gastronomika es un congreso para profesionales, abierto al p\u00fablico en general.
