{"id":14416,"date":"2017-01-30T10:56:06","date_gmt":"2017-01-30T08:56:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/?p=14416"},"modified":"2017-01-30T10:56:06","modified_gmt":"2017-01-30T08:56:06","slug":"sirha-2017-gastronomia-en-movimiento","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/recetas\/sirha-2017-gastronomia-en-movimiento\/","title":{"rendered":"Sirha 2017, \u00a1Gastronom\u00eda en movimiento!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Os escribimos como quien dice\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/saladeprensa.serrats.com\/conservas-serrats-acude-a-la-bienal-sirha-2017\/\">reci\u00e9n\u00a0llegados de Lyon<\/a>, tras una interesant\u00edsima feria en la que no hemos parado ni un minuto.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sirha.com\/\">SHIRA<\/a> es una feria bienal y, sin duda, un punto de encuentro interesant\u00edsimo para conocer las nuevas tendencias tanto a nivel comercial como gastron\u00f3mico. 6 pabellones en los que est\u00e1n presentes distintos perfiles de expositores, la gran mayor\u00eda fabricantes de todo tipo de productos de alimentaci\u00f3n pero tambi\u00e9n de equipamiento, tecnolog\u00eda y servicios y profesionales en el \u201carte de la mesa\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>A lo largo de los 5 d\u00edas que dura la feria, hemos podido\u00a0asistir a distintas exhibiciones y conferencias: un laboratorio viviente, cocina en escena, encuentros con algunos de los mejores chefs del mundo, etc. Tambi\u00e9n es el momento en el que se entregan distintos premios, el principal y el m\u00e1s conocido internacionalmente fue el \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bocusedor.com\/\">Bocuse d\u2019or<\/a>\u201d, que en su 30 edici\u00f3n, fue otorgado a <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/mathewdpeters\">Mathew Peters<\/a>, del restaurante Per Se (New York), en representaci\u00f3n de\u00a0EE. UU.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1En nuestro caso ha supuesto un punto de encuentro estupendo con proveedores y clientes actuales y futuros! Hemos presentado nuestras novedades y nuestra <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/es\/comprar-productos-ecologicos\">nueva l\u00ednea \u201cecol\u00f3gica\u201d<\/a>, en un mundo que demanda cada vez m\u00e1s los productos ecol\u00f3gicos y la sostenibilidad en los procesos.<\/p>\n<p>Sin duda, Sirha ha sido una experiencia fant\u00e1stica para abrir los ojos ante las nuevas tendencias y
