Zorionak, Mar\u00eda Luisa!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hace unos d\u00edas quisimos sorprender a una de nuestras trabajadoras con un gran ramo de rosas. El motivo lo merec\u00eda con creces\u2026 \u00a1Mar\u00eda Luisa Garrido cumpl\u00eda 45 a\u00f1os trabajando en nuestra <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/es\/\">f\u00e1brica de Conservas Serrats<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p>Maria Luisa\u00a0 lleg\u00f3 a la f\u00e1brica justo antes de cumplir los 15 a\u00f1os\u2026 \u00a1Y acaba de cumplir 45 a\u00f1os dentro de Serrats! Es la mayor de cuatro hermanos, y por detr\u00e1s tiene a tres chicos que tambi\u00e9n han estado vinculados con la mar.<\/p>\n<p>Su memoria est\u00e1 llena de an\u00e9cdotas. Esta es una de nuestras favoritas:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u00abUna vez contrataron en la escuela un maestro nuevo, de Zamora&#8230; Lleg\u00f3 la <a href=\"https:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/arranca-la-mejor-campana-de-la-anchoa-del-cantabrico-de-los-ultimos-anos\/\">campa\u00f1a de la anchoa<\/a> (abril) y cuando entr\u00f3 en clase se encontr\u00f3 \u00a1sin alumnos!\u00bb<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Y es que en aquella \u00e9poca funcionaba as\u00ed, cuando en nuestro puerto descargaban la anchoa del Cant\u00e1brico, no hab\u00eda escuela que valiese; todos los ni\u00f1os del pueblo se iban a ayudar a sus mayores a limpiar la anchoa de tripa y cabeza para ponerlas en el salaz\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00aa Luisa nos cuenta que a lo largo de todos estos a\u00f1os ha pasado por todos los puestos del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/es\/elaboracion-artesanal-conservas\">proceso de elaboraci\u00f3n<\/a>; adem\u00e1s ha conocido dos f\u00e1bricas y a tres <a href=\"https:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/conservas-serrats-cinco-generaciones-por-una-ilusion\/\">generaciones<\/a> de \u201cSerrats\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Recuerda con cari\u00f1o la primera tarea que se le asign\u00f3 en Serrats: el \u00abrascado\u00bb. Consiste en ir \u201crascando\u201d, es decir, quitando con un cuchillito afilado la piel e impurezas del pescado para que quede as\u00ed<em>, \u00a1blanco<\/em> y <em>bonito!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Su segunda tarea en la f\u00e1brica, nos dice, fue ir rellenando de aceite las latas que ya conten\u00edan el pescado. Parece que esto le aburr\u00eda m\u00e1s. ?<\/p>\n<p>Hablando con ella, nos damos cuenta c\u00f3mo han cambiado los procesos y la forma de hacer las cosas. Por ejemplo, ya casi nadie sabe que nosotros fabric\u00e1bamos nuestras propias latas; y tambi\u00e9n en este caso, M\u00aa Luisa era una de las especialistas en cortar la hojalata.<\/p>\n<p>Nos gusta tenerla en la f\u00e1brica, estamos orgullosos de contar con ella y con su grand\u00edsima experiencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u00a1FELICES 45! <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ZORIONAK!<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hace unos d\u00edas quisimos sorprender a una de nuestras trabajadoras con un gran ramo de rosas.
