Me comentaron que hasta abril est\u00e1 excelentes, y como desde este rinc\u00f3n de <a href=\"https:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/nutricion\/\">nutrici\u00f3n y salud<\/a> promovemos el\u00a0consumo de producto de temporada, os animamos a consumir este producto tan vers\u00e1til en la mesa. Adem\u00e1s, los <strong>mejillones<\/strong> tienen numerosas <strong>propiedades<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Propiedades de los mejillones<\/h2>\n<p>Los mejillones tienen gran cantidad de <strong>vitamina C y vitamina B<\/strong> ( sobre todo vitamina B12:\u00a0una raci\u00f3n de 80 gramos de mejillones nos aporta m\u00e1s del 300% de la dosis diaria de vitamina B12 necesaria para nuestro organismo. ).\u00a0Ambas vitaminas son muy importantes para nuestro <strong>sistema inmunol\u00f3gico<\/strong>, para la formaci\u00f3n de los gl\u00f3bulos rojos y para nuestro crecimiento y desarrollo.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n son muy ricos en:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/mejillones-berberechos-dos-alimentos-ricos-hierro\/\">Hierro<\/a>:<\/strong> ayuda en la prevenci\u00f3n y tratamiento de anemias ferrop\u00e9nicas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Potasio:<\/strong> ayuda a controlar la tensi\u00f3n arterial.<\/li>\n<li><strong>F\u00f3sforo:<\/strong> es importante para la formaci\u00f3n de los huesos y de los dientes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Selenio:<\/strong>\u00a0es un potente anti-oxidante celular y contribuye en la regulaci\u00f3n de la funci\u00f3n de la gl\u00e1ndula tiroidea.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zinc:<\/strong> como estimulante del sistema inmunol\u00f3gico,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Manganeso<\/strong>&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, los mejillones nos aportan <strong>\u00e1cidos grasos insaturados (<\/strong>importantes grasas para la buena salud del sistema cardiovascular y cerebral) y <strong>prote\u00ednas<\/strong> muy f\u00e1ciles de asimilar.<\/p>\n<p>Y adem\u00e1s de tener todas estas propiedades, el aporte cal\u00f3rico de los mejillones es escaso, por lo que es muy <strong>aconsejado en dietas para controlar el peso<\/strong> (hechos al vapor, a la plancha&#8230;).<\/p>\n<h2>5 recetas con mejillones<\/h2>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de tener tantas <strong>propiedades beneficiosas<\/strong>, \u00a1los mejillones est\u00e1n buen\u00edsimos!
