Pero \u00bfqu\u00e9 objetivos se persiguen dejando de consumir carne un d\u00eda a la semana? Varios, entre ellos los siguientes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Impacto positivo en la emisi\u00f3n de gases de efecto invernadero<\/strong>. Al no comer carne por un d\u00eda, la emisi\u00f3n de estos gases se reduce en un 12%, por lo efectos que tiene la ganader\u00eda en este proceso.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mejora de la salud<\/strong>. Hay una relaci\u00f3n indirecta entre consumo de carne y las enfermedades de tipo degenerativo, aumento del colesterol, triglic\u00e9ridos, algunos c\u00e1nceres&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Con esta campa\u00f1a se reduce el uso de cereal para consumo animal y se dispone de esta cantidad para consumo humano, ya que, para alimentar a cada animal destinado a consumo humano, se usan de unos 15 a 20 kg de cereal para producir un kg de carne.<\/li>\n<li>Por los animales, ya que se dejan de sacrificar 14 animales por a\u00f1o y persona que se adhiere a la campa\u00f1a.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/AU1Doorbnpk\" width=\"860\" height=\"484\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h2>Ideas o recetas para los lunes sin carne<\/h2>\n<p>Sumarse a la campa\u00f1a de los lunes sin carne es muy f\u00e1cil, porque tenemos much\u00edsimas alternativas a la carne.
