Tanto con conservas como con pescado fresco, podemos preparar deliciosas <strong>hamburguesas de pescado<\/strong>. Hoy os proponemos dos ideas, una con salm\u00f3n fresco y otra con bonito en conserva. Pero seguro que os sirven de inspiraci\u00f3n para otras elaboraciones similares con otros pescados.<\/p>\n<h2>Hamburguesa de salm\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<h3>Ingredientes:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>600 g de salm\u00f3n sin piel ni espinas<\/li>\n<li>1 huevo<\/li>\n<li>Sal y pimienta al gusto<\/li>\n<li>Un poco de perejil<\/li>\n<li>Un poco de pan rallado para darle consistencia a la hamburguesa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Picamos el salm\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adimos el huevo, la pimienta y la sal.<\/li>\n<li>Mezclamos todo bien y le damos\u00a0forma de hamburguesa, con ayuda del pan rallado.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Hamburguesa de Bonito del Norte<\/h2>\n<h3>Ingredientes:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Un frasco de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/es\/bonito-del-norte-oliva-frasco-212g\">bonito en aceite de oliva<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Un par de pimientos rojos<\/li>\n<li>Una cebolla peque\u00f1a<\/li>\n<li>Un poco de cilantro<\/li>\n<li>Un par de cucharadas de quinoa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Pochamos el pimiento rojo junto con la cebolla. Una vez hecho, escurrimos bien.<\/li>\n<li>Escurrimos y desmigamos bien el bonito (tambi\u00e9n podemos pasarlo por la picadora, seg\u00fan el gusto de cada uno).<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adimos el pimiento rojo con la cebolla picada, la quinoa cocida y el cilantro.<\/li>\n<li>Le damos forma de hamburguesa.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ya solo queda pasar las hamburguesas por la plancha y acompa\u00f1arlas con bien de verduras o ensalada.\u00a0<span lang=\"es\">Como veis, son platos f\u00e1ciles de hacer y muy nutritivos.
