Por eso, al igual que en primavera habl\u00e1bamos de <a href=\"https:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/vitamina-d-cuarentena-coronavirus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">c\u00f3mo obtener vitamina D durante la cuarentena<\/a>, hoy hablaremos de <strong>c\u00f3mo conseguir las vitaminas para el oto\u00f1o<\/strong>.
