Arantza L\u00f3pez-Oca\u00f1a<\/a> a explicar los <strong>beneficios y las caracter\u00edsticas de la Dieta Mediterr\u00e1nea<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<h2>Caracter\u00edsticas de la Dieta Mediterr\u00e1nea<\/h2>\n<p>La Dieta Mediterr\u00e1nea se define como un <strong>patr\u00f3n alimenticio<\/strong> basado en el consumo de <strong>productos locales<\/strong>, <strong>de temporada y frescos<\/strong>, de la zona de la <strong>ribera mediterr\u00e1nea<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El consumo de alimentos como el <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/es\/pescado-azul-y-blanco\">pescado<\/a>, verduras, legumbres, frutas, cereales integrales y el aceite de oliva junto con los frutos secos<\/strong> (como aporte de grasas saludables) y con apenas ingesta de carnes rojas, alimentos procesados e hidratos de carbono refinados hacen de la Dieta Mediterr\u00e1nea una excelente forma de comer.<\/p>\n<p>Se promueve adem\u00e1s la pr\u00e1ctica de <strong>actividad f\u00edsica<\/strong> y el poder de <strong>disfrutar esas comidas<\/strong> con tiempo, saboreando los alimentos, compartiendo con familia y amigos, con lo que es m\u00e1s que una dieta, es una forma de vida lo que se promueve con esta \u00abdieta\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Hace tiempo, como recomendaci\u00f3n dentro de esta dieta, se aconsejaba la toma de un vaso de vino tinto, pero a d\u00eda de hoy, como m\u00e9dica, ha quedado descartado ya que los beneficios del alcohol (tomar muy poco, un vasito, y s\u00f3lo si a una persona le gusta) NUNCA-NUNCA superan los\u00a0 efectos perniciosos del mismo as\u00ed que, mejor, <strong>alcohol cero<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Beneficios de la Dieta Mediterr\u00e1nea<\/h2>\n<p>\u00bfEn qu\u00e9 nos favorece? Debido al elevado aporte de <strong>vitaminas<\/strong> (como la E, el grupo B, etc.), <strong>minerales<\/strong> (calcio, magnesio, etc.), <strong>fibra<\/strong> (gracias, entre otros, a las verduras y legumbres) y <strong>macronutrientes de calidad<\/strong>, seguir las pautas de la Dieta Mediterr\u00e1nea ayuda a:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prevenir enfermedades cardiovasculares<\/li>\n<li>Controlar los valores de colesterol, triglic\u00e9ridos y glucosa en sangre<\/li>\n<li>Prevenci\u00f3n de c\u00e1ncer de col\u00f3n (entre otros)<\/li>\n<li>Buen control de la diabetes tipo 2<\/li>\n<li>&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8230; en definitiva son pautas que, en general, contribuyen a tener una <strong>mejor salud<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Buenas pautas, f\u00e1ciles, saludables, que van a hacer que tengamos una mejor calidad de vida!<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Salud!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/dra-aloe.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Dra.
