Con su aroma a mar, su tersura y su sabor tan \u00fanicos&#8230; \u00a1Un placer indescriptible!<\/p>\n<p>Para todos los amantes de las buenas anchoas, os ofrecemos nuestra <strong>lata de 85g<\/strong> (tambi\u00e9n conocida como \u00abformato Dingley\u00bb) de anchoas pescadas en la <strong>campa\u00f1a de primavera<\/strong> en el <strong>Cant\u00e1brico<\/strong> por nuestra <strong>flota de bajura<\/strong>. Una lata de tama\u00f1o intermedio que nos encanta; m\u00e1s ancha, m\u00e1s plana, y que permite un mayor disfrute y una <strong>experiencia gourmet<\/strong> a\u00fan mayor. Una cama de lujo para la reina del Cant\u00e1brico.<\/p>\n<p>Y <strong>hasta el 7 de septiembre<\/strong> puedes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/es\/anchoa-del-cantabrico-en-aceite-de-oliva-dingley\">conseguirlas a un precio imbatible<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>La mejor calidad<\/h2>\n<p>Como sab\u00e9is, <a href=\"https:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/no-todas-las-anchoas-son-iguales\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">no todas las anchoas son iguales<\/a> y en <strong>Conservas Serrats<\/strong> solo utilizamos <strong>anchoa del Cant\u00e1brico<\/strong> de la m\u00e1s alta calidad, la \u00abEngraulis Encrasicolus\u00bb, pescada en la campa\u00f1a de primavera en el Cant\u00e1brico por nuestra flota de bajura y se caracteriza por tener <strong>un punto mayor de tersura<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Y seguro que tambi\u00e9n conoc\u00e9is su <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/es\/proceso-salazon-fileteado-conservacion-anchoas\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">proceso de elaboraci\u00f3n artesanal<\/a>\u2026 Una vez las anchoas han pasado unos 8 meses de media en barricas con sal, verificamos que han alcanzado la maduraci\u00f3n adecuada (color, textura\u2026) y procedemos al proceso de fileteado y limpieza.<\/p>\n<p>Se limpian perfectamente a mano una a una y sacamos de cada anchoa dos filetes perfectamente limpios y \u201cafeitados\u201d. Finalmente, tambi\u00e9n de forma manual, introducimos todos los filetes en la lata y le a\u00f1adimos un aceite de oliva suave y especialmente seleccionado.<\/p>\n<p>Si todav\u00eda no las hab\u00e9is probado, ahora es el momento.
