{"id":21298,"date":"2022-08-16T11:22:21","date_gmt":"2022-08-16T09:22:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/?p=21298"},"modified":"2022-08-16T11:23:01","modified_gmt":"2022-08-16T09:23:01","slug":"verano-saludable-iii-digestion-y-melanina","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/recetas\/verano-saludable-iii-digestion-y-melanina\/","title":{"rendered":"Verano saludable III: digesti\u00f3n y melanina"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Tras hablar de <a href=\"https:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/verano-saludable-ensaladas-hidratacion\/\">ensaladas e hidrataci\u00f3n<\/a> y desmentir <a href=\"https:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/verano-saludable-ii-mitos-sobre-dos-frutas-de-verano\/\">mitos sobre algunas frutas estivales<\/a>, hoy dedicamos nuestro post de <a href=\"https:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/nutricion\/\">Nutrici\u00f3n y Salud<\/a> a otros dos temas estrella del verano: los <strong>cortes de digesti\u00f3n<\/strong> y la protecci\u00f3n de la piel (concretamente nos centraremos en los <strong>alimentos que estimulan la melanina<\/strong>)<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Cortes de digesti\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>En realidad, el mal llamado \u00abcorte de digesti\u00f3n\u00bb es una <strong>hidrocuci\u00f3n<\/strong>, resultado de un <strong>cambio brusco de temperatura corporal<\/strong>, por pasar de tener mucho calor al \u00abfr\u00edo\u00bb del agua, cuando hacemos una inmersi\u00f3n brusca.<\/p>\n<p>Como consecuencia de este cambio r\u00e1pido de temperatura, hay una <strong>vasoconstricci\u00f3n brusca<\/strong> que produce un <strong>s\u00edncope<\/strong> con sensaci\u00f3n de n\u00e1useas, v\u00f3mitos, p\u00e9rdida de conciencia y \u00a1puede llegar hasta provocar la muerte!<\/p>\n<p>Para evitarlo es <strong>importante meterse poco a poco en al agua<\/strong> (sobre todo si hemos estado unas horas al sol o si es justo despu\u00e9s de las comidas, entre otros).<\/p>\n<h2>Alimentos que estimulan la melanina<\/h2>\n<p>La <strong>melanina<\/strong> es el pigmento natural de los melanocitos, presente en las c\u00e9lulas de la piel, que da color a la piel, cabellos, etc. y que, adem\u00e1s, <strong>nos ayuda a proteger la piel de los los rayos solares<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Hay determinados alimentos que pueden contribuir en la producci\u00f3n de melanina: los ricos en carotenos (betacarotenos) y vitamina C. Concretamente est\u00e1n presentes en aquellos alimentos de color naranja y verde oscuro como:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zanahorias (este alimento es muy popular en este grupo)<\/li>\n<li>Albaricoques<\/li>\n<li>Mango<\/li>\n<li>Mel\u00f3n Cantalupo<\/li>\n<li>Papaya<\/li>\n<li>N\u00edsperos<\/li>\n<li>Boniato<\/li>\n<li>Calabaza<\/li>\n<li>Espinacas<\/li>\n<li>Lechuga<\/li>\n<li>Acelgas<\/li>\n<li>Tomate<\/li>\n<li>&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Importante<\/strong>: por muchos alimentos de este tipo que consumamos <strong>siempre-siempre hay que darse crema con protecci\u00f3n solar<\/strong>, durante todo el d\u00eda, sobre todo el verano, evitar tomar los rayos solares en las horas del mediod\u00eda, y aplicar todas las pautas que los sanitarios (en especial los dermat\u00f3logos) nos aconsejan. \u00a1<strong>Crema solar con protecci\u00f3n elevada<\/strong> SIEMPRE!<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Feliz y saludable agosto!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/dra-aloe.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Dra.
