{"id":21325,"date":"2022-08-19T10:24:00","date_gmt":"2022-08-19T08:24:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/?p=21325"},"modified":"2022-08-19T10:38:29","modified_gmt":"2022-08-19T08:38:29","slug":"resaltun-un-innovador-paso-mas-a-favor-de-la-sostenibilidad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/recetas\/resaltun-un-innovador-paso-mas-a-favor-de-la-sostenibilidad\/","title":{"rendered":"RESALTUN, un innovador paso m\u00e1s a favor de la sostenibilidad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Estos d\u00edas hemos aparecido en varios medios de comunicaci\u00f3n debido a la presentaci\u00f3n de <strong>RESALTUN<\/strong> el<a href=\"https:\/\/saladeprensa.serrats.com\/conservas-serrats-logra-un-metodo-para-reutilizar-la-salmuera\/\"> innovador proyecto para reutilizar la salmuera<\/a> que hemos desarrollado junto con el centro tecnol\u00f3gico <a href=\"https:\/\/www.azti.es\/conservas-de-bonito-sabrosas-sanas-y-cada-vez-mas-sostenibles\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AZTI<\/a>\u00a0y con el apoyo de la financiaci\u00f3n del Gobierno Vasco en I+D+i.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>proyecto RESALTUN<\/strong>, basado en la tecnolog\u00eda de nanofiltraci\u00f3n, logra darle una revalorizaci\u00f3n a lo que antes era un residuo que supon\u00eda, adem\u00e1s de costes de gesti\u00f3n, transporte, almacenamiento y tratamiento, un importante impacto ambiental.<\/p>\n<p>Una soluci\u00f3n innovadora y medioambientalmente sostenible que permite, por un lado, recuperar una salmuera limpia y en condiciones de re\u00faso y, por otro lado, la valorizaci\u00f3n del concentrado proteico obtenido, para su uso como ingrediente de nutrici\u00f3n animal o para la producci\u00f3n de biofertilizantes.<\/p>\n<p>Esta medida de econom\u00eda circular es la guinda que se suma a un proyecto de compromiso sostenible en el que se lleva trabajando varios a\u00f1os.
