Adem\u00e1s de ense\u00f1arnos a preparar una Tosta de harina recia y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/detalles\/bonito_RO120_ol.asp?m=general\">Bonito del Norte<\/a> de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/index.htm\">Conservas<\/a> Serrats, Daniel nos quiere \u00abanimar a hacer pan, ya que no hay nada m\u00e1s agradable en el mundo que primero pringarse las manos, luego oler la levadura y el pan al cocerse al horno\u00bb.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes:<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Para el pan:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> 375 gr de harina recia<\/li>\n<li>125 gr de harina floja<\/li>\n<li>300 ml de agua<\/li>\n<li>100gr de masa madre<\/li>\n<li>10 gr de levadura seca de panader\u00eda<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure id=\"attachment_2195\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2195\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2195\" title=\"Masa madre para preparar Tosta de Bonito del Norte de Conservas Serrats\" src=\"https:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/wp-content\/uploads\/Masa-madre-para-preparar-Tosta-de-Bonito-del-Norte-de-Conservas-Serrats.jpg\" alt=\"Masa madre\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-2195\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Masa madre<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Para la tosta (2 personas):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> 2 latas de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/bonito-del-norte.htm\">Bonito del Norte en Aceite de Oliva<\/a> de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/index.htm\">Conservas Serrats<\/a><\/li>\n<li>2 rebanadas de pan de harina recia<\/li>\n<li>Cebolla<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de mayonesa<\/li>\n<li>Unas tiras de pimiento rojo asado<\/li>\n<li>Aceite de Oliva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure id=\"attachment_2194\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2194\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2194\" title=\"Lata de Bonito del Norte de Conservas Serrats\" src=\"https:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/wp-content\/uploads\/Lata-de-Bonito-del-Norte-de-Conservas-Serrats.jpg\" alt=\"Lata de Bonito del Norte de Conservas Serrats\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-2194\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Lata de Bonito del Norte de Conservas Serrats<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Para el pan:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> En primer lugar, mezclamos en un volc\u00e1n todos los ingredientes y amasamos durante 5 minutos. Tenemos que conseguir una m\u00e1s ligeramente h\u00fameda, el\u00e1stica y que se despegue de las manos. Llegado a este punto, si vemos que la masa todav\u00eda se sigue pegando a las manos, echamos un poco m\u00e1s de harina. Si no hemos conseguido que se unan todos los ingredientes, a\u00f1adimos un poco m\u00e1s de agua y amasamos otros cinco minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Dejamos levar la masa una vez. A continuaci\u00f3n, volvemos a amasar y a formar el pan. Daniel nos recomienda utilizar un banet\u00f3n para la mitad de la masa. \u00c9l ha querido guardar la otra mitad para tener masa madre para futuras ocasiones, para ello la ha dividido en 4 partes, la ha fermentado a baja temperatura durante un d\u00eda y la ha guardado en el congelador.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure id=\"attachment_2197\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2197\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2197\" title=\"Banet\u00f3n\" src=\"https:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/wp-content\/uploads\/Baneton.jpg\" alt=\"Banet\u00f3n\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-2197\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Banet\u00f3n<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<ul>\n<li>Dejamos levar la masa una vez m\u00e1s. Tapamos la masa y de vez en cuando la humedecemos un poco.<\/li>\n<li>Despu\u00e9s, la introducimos en el horno, el cual lo habremos precalentado previamente a 185 \u00baC, durante 40 minutos aproximadamente.<\/li>\n<li>Por \u00faltimo, sacamos y dejamos enfriar sobre una rejilla.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure id=\"attachment_2196\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2196\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2196\" title=\"Pan para Tosta de Bonito de Conservas Serrats\" src=\"https:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/wp-content\/uploads\/Pan-para-Tosta-de-Bonito-de-Conservas-Serrats.jpg\" alt=\"\u00a1Qu\u00e9 rico!\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-2196\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">\u00a1Qu\u00e9 rico!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Para la tosta:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Primero, cortamos el pan en rebanadas.<\/li>\n<li>Despu\u00e9s, escurrimos el aceite del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/detalles\/bonito_RO120_ol.asp?m=general\">Bonito del Norte<\/a> de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/index.htm\">Conservas Serrats<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3n, mezclamos la mayonesa con la cebolla bien picada y el Bonito del Norte de Conservas Serrats.
