Para esta receta, Uca ha utilizado, entre otros ingredientes, las <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/anchoas-del-cantabrico.htm\">Anchoas del Cant\u00e1brico<\/a> de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/index.htm\">Conservas<\/a> Serrats.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 lata de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/anchoas-del-cantabrico.htm\">Anchoas del Cant\u00e1brico<\/a> de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/index.htm\">Conservas Serrats<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 diente de ajo<\/li>\n<li>1 lata de tomate entero pelado<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharillas de alcaparras<\/li>\n<li>1 cayena<\/li>\n<li>Espaguetis<\/li>\n<li>Aceitunas negras sin hueso laminadas<\/li>\n<li>Queso rallado<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>En primer lugar, ponemos a hervir una olla con agua y sal. Cuando est\u00e9 hirviendo, a\u00f1adimos los espaguetis y empezamos a preparar la salsa.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adimos el aceite de las anchoas en una sart\u00e9n y rehogamos el ajo picado y la cayena. Antes de que empiece a tomar color, a\u00f1adimos las <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/detalles\/anchoa_RR50_ol_12.asp?m=general\">Anchoas<\/a> del Cant\u00e1brico en Aceite de Oliva de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/index.htm\">Conservas Serrats<\/a> y las deshacemos hasta que se quede como una pasta.<\/li>\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3n, agregamos el tomate y lo deshacemos. Uca suele hacerlo con el tenedor, ya que le gusta que se noten los trozos.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando lleve unos 5 minutos, a\u00f1adimos las alcaparras y las aceitunas. Comprobamos la sal y reservamos.<\/li>\n<li>Sacamos los espaguetis del agua cuando est\u00e9n cocidos.
