Que no te falten las del pescado azul."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A d\u00eda de hoy se oye mucho que este alimento nos aporta \u201cbuenas grasas\u201d o que hay que evitar las grasas trans.<\/p>\n<p>La <a href=\"https:\/\/dra-aloe.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dra. Arantza L\u00f3pez-Oca\u00f1a<\/a> va a tratar de explicarlas de forma sencilla\u00a0en este post:<\/p>\n<p>Las grasas o l\u00edpidos, son un macronutriente que junto con las prote\u00ednas y los hidratos de carbono, son necesarias para el correcto funcionamiento de nuestro organismo por las diferentes funciones que tienen: reserva energ\u00e9tica, fundamentales en la formaci\u00f3n de las membranas celulares, contribuyen en la absorci\u00f3n de determinadas vitaminas (como la Vitamina D), etc.<\/p>\n<p>Dentro del grupo de grasas que consumimos, vamos a diferenciar de forma general y f\u00e1cil, los tres tipos de grasas que afectan directamente a nuestra salud:<\/p>\n<h3>Grasas Saturadas<\/h3>\n<p>Generalmente s\u00f3lidas a temperatura ambiente; pueden ser de origen animal y vegetal, est\u00e1n presentes en la mantequilla, queso, carne roja, aceite de coco y palma entre otros alimentos. Favorecen, en un consumo excesivo, el aumento del colesterol \u201cmalo\u201d as\u00ed como la aparici\u00f3n de determinadas enfermedades cardiovasculares.<\/p>\n<p>Se aconseja no superar el 10 % de las calor\u00edas diarias que necesitamos (entre 2000 y 2500 Kcal. al d\u00eda), cuyo origen sea de este tipo de grasas.<\/p>\n<h3>Grasas Trans<\/h3>\n<p>\u00a1Estas son las malas-malas de la pel\u00edcula! Aumentan el Colesterol \u201cmalo\u201c o LDL, disminuyen el bueno o HDL, aumentan los triglic\u00e9ridos, aumenta el riesgo de forma significativa de padecer enfermedades cardiovasculares.<\/p>\n<p>Si leemos una etiqueta y leemos \u201cparcialmente hidrogenada o hidrogenada\u201c debemos de huir de ese alimento. Pueden estar presentes en preparados alimenticios como: comida r\u00e1pida, galletas, pizzas congeladas, helados, tartas, pasteles, etc.<\/p>\n<h3>Grasas Insaturadas<\/h3>\n<p>\u00a1Son las buenas de la peli! tenemos grasas monoinsaturadas (las encontramos en el aceite de oliva , frutos secos y el aguacate, entre otros alimentos) y polinsaturadas; dentro de las grasas polinsaturadas, encontramos las conocidas omega 3 y los omega 6.<\/p>\n<p>Est\u00e1n presentes en los frutos secos, en la linaza o lino molido , semillas de ch\u00eda, y en los pescados azules como sardinas, bonito, salm\u00f3n, anchoas, etc. y su consumo es muy interesante porque ayudan a regular el colesterol total, subiendo el bueno y bajando el malo, regulan la tensi\u00f3n arterial, reducen los triglic\u00e9ridos, etc por lo que son excelentes protectores del sistema cardiovascular.<\/p>\n<p>Pescado azul, aceite de oliva, semillas, frutos secos, no deben faltar en nuestra dieta (recordad dieta: modo de vida), siempre englobado dentro de unos h\u00e1bitos de vida saludables.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A d\u00eda de hoy se oye mucho que este alimento nos aporta \u201cbuenas grasas\u201d o que hay que evitar las grasas trans.
