Y si no tienes mucho tiempo, hay tablas muy sencillas que se pueden practicar en casa.<\/li>\n<li>Evita el consumo de alcohol y tabaco.<\/li>\n<li>Intenta gestionar adecuadamente el estr\u00e9s. Puedes escuchar m\u00fasica, leer un libro, pasear en la naturaleza\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Y con respecto a la <strong>alimentaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, es importante que sea equilibrada y moderar el consumo de sal. Estos son algunos productos que puedes tomar para cuidar tu coraz\u00f3n, ya que son ricos en \u00e1cidos grasos insaturados (como los omega 3).
