Es m\u00e1s frecuente en mujeres, de edades entre los 20 y 50 a\u00f1os y tiene una duraci\u00f3n aproximada y limitada m\u00e1s o menos de unos 15 d\u00edas. Si se supera este tiempo de forma prolongada y\/o los s\u00edntomas se agravan, lo m\u00e1s recomendable ser\u00eda ponerse en manos de profesionales sanitarios.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estos son algunos consejos que pueden aliviar los efectos de esta astenia:<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Con respecto a alimentaci\u00f3n, el aporte de Vitamina D ayuda a suavizar los s\u00edntomas. Puedes encontrar esta vitamina en los pescados azules como, las Anchoas del Cant\u00e1brico, Bonito del Norte, las Sardinas\u2026 Tambi\u00e9n en la yema de huevo, l\u00e1cteos, setas, champi\u00f1ones\u2026<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Es muy aconsejable tomar frutas y verduras de diferente colorido ya que de esta manera nos aseguramos un aporte adecuado de todas las vitaminas y minerales: Fresas, kiwis, naranjas, br\u00f3coli, espinacas, calabaza, zanahoria, ar\u00e1ndanos\u2026<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Realizar cierta actividad f\u00edsica moderada, de este modo se liberan endorfinas.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Adaptar poco a poco los horarios de sue\u00f1o antes de que se produzca el cambio de hora, que suele ser en marzo y agrava un poco esta sintomatolog\u00eda.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como siempre, unos buenos h\u00e1bitos nos ayudan a mitigar estos peque\u00f1os trastornos.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/dra-aloe.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dra.
