Por lo que hoy os voy a pasar una lista de alimentos que ayudan a contribuir en esta acci\u00f3n.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recordad, esto se debe englobar dentro de unas buenas pautas (no fumar, no tomar alcohol, gestionar bien el estr\u00e9s, realizar actividad f\u00edsica y c\u00f3mo siempre os digo evitar aquellos alimentos da\u00f1inos como los ultra procesados, embutidos, etc) que hagan que realmente consigamos esta acci\u00f3n anti-inflamatoria.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Estos alimentos son:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Pescados azules<\/strong> por su aporte en \u00e1cidos grasos insaturados (tipo omega 3).<\/li><li>Cruc\u00edferas como la <strong>berza, el br\u00f3coli, la coliflor<\/strong>, disminuye la producci\u00f3n de sustancias inflamatorias.<\/li><li><strong>Aceite de oliva virgen<\/strong>, <strong>frutos secos<\/strong> (naturales y tostados), <strong>semillas<\/strong> (lino y ch\u00eda; recordad que la ch\u00eda se debe poner a remojo en agua unas 6 horas para que podamos aprovechar de forma \u00f3ptima sus nutrientes ) y <strong>aguacate<\/strong>, tambi\u00e9n por su aporte en \u00e1cidos grasos insaturados.<\/li><li><strong>Ajo<\/strong>, mejora la capacidad circulatoria entre otras funciones.<\/li><li><strong>Setas<\/strong> sobre todo las Shiitake que estimula el sistema inmunitario.<\/li><li><strong>Huevo<\/strong> (aporte de Vitamina D, sobre todo en la yema).<\/li><li><strong>Frutos rojos <\/strong>como los ar\u00e1ndanos, moras, etc, con gran capacidad antioxidante.<\/li><li>Alimentos probi\u00f3ticos como el <strong>k\u00e9fir natural<\/strong>, <strong>encurtidos<\/strong>, sopa miso, chucrut, etc.<\/li><li>Los cereales que sean integrales y mejor <strong>arroz<\/strong>, <strong>quinoa<\/strong>, trigo sarraceno.<\/li><li>Evitar las frituras, rebozados y priorizar hacer los alimentos al <strong>vapor, cocidos, plancha, papillote<\/strong>\u2026<\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<\/div><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a1Cuidarse siempre!<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a style=\"text-align: right;\" href=\"https:\/\/dra-aloe.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dra.
