No te olvides de las legumbres:<\/strong> Las legumbres que tan f\u00e1cil comemos en invierno suelen pasar a segundo plano en verano. Si nos apetece algo fresquito, podemos hacer hummus o bien podemos incorporar la legumbre a las ensaladas.<\/p><p><strong>2. Mant\u00e9n una rutina de horarios<\/strong>: Intentemos mantener una rutina en horarios de comidas y de sue\u00f1o. Sabemos que es complicado, sobre todo la hora de las cenas, pero hablamos de la rutina del d\u00eda a d\u00eda. \u00a1Claro que alg\u00fan d\u00eda cenaremos tarde y en la calle, no pasa nada!<\/p><p><strong>3. Come mucha fruta y verdura:<\/strong> Se recomienda tomar 5 raciones de fruta y verdura al d\u00eda, o seguir el \u201cPlato Harvard\u201d: que la mitad del plato sea de fruta y verdura. *Es temporada de cerezas, melocotones, mel\u00f3n, sand\u00eda, tomate, lechuga, vainas, pepino\u2026<\/p><p><strong>4. Es temporada de pescados azules:<\/strong> En verano es temporada de pescados azules como el Bonito del Norte y las Sardinas.\u00a0 Puedemos prepararlas en la barbacoa, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/es\/tienda-conservas\">comprarlas en conserva<\/a> y tomarlas como aperitivo o a\u00f1adirlas a las ensaladas. \u00a1De lo m\u00e1s t\u00edpico en verano!<\/p><p><strong>5. \u00a1Prot\u00e9gete!<\/strong> Aplicarse crema solar todos los d\u00edas ayuda a prevenir los signos de envejecimiento. Si vamos a estar muchas horas expuestos al sol, tenemos que re-aplicarla cada 2h. Y manteng\u00e1monos bien hidratados, para eso el agua es lo mejor.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Pero sobre todo, \u00a1disfruta de esta estaci\u00f3n del a\u00f1o!<\/p><p><a style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: 1rem; text-align: right;\" href=\"https:\/\/dra-aloe.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dra.
