Podemos preparar esta receta de diversas maneras, ya que sirve tanto para las anchoas, los lomos de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/bonito-del-norte.htm\">bonito del norte<\/a> en aceite de oliva, la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/ventresca-de-bonito.htm\">ventresca<\/a> o incluso, los <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/mejillones-extra-grandes-escabeche.htm\">mejillones<\/a>. \u00bfQuieres saber c\u00f3mo preparar esta deliciosa receta?<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 lata de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/anchoas-del-cantabrico.htm\">anchoas del Cant\u00e1brico<\/a> de Conservas Serrats<\/li>\n<li>2 dientes de ajo medianos<\/li>\n<li>400 gr de garbanzos cocidos<\/li>\n<li>Agua<\/li>\n<li>Zumo de lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Cebolla<\/li>\n<li>Pimiento rojo<\/li>\n<li>Tomate frito<\/li>\n<li>Vinagre de manzana<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<li>Aceite de Oliva virgen extra<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Para el hummus, batimos los dientes de ajo, los garbanzos, la cebolla junto con un poco de agua, zumo de lim\u00f3n, aceite y la sal hasta obtener un pur\u00e9 con una textura suave. Luego lo guardamos en una manga pastelera desechable.<\/li>\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3n,\u00a0 picamos la cebolla y la pochamos a fuego suave. Cuando est\u00e9 transparente, incorporamos los pimientos y los sofre\u00edmos. A\u00f1adimos tomate frito al gusto y lo dejamos hasta que quede espesito. A Ana le gusta a\u00f1adir un poquito de vinagre de manzana en el \u00faltimo momento y dejarlo evaporar, ya que \u00abas\u00ed deja un punto en la boca muy agradable\u00bb.<\/li>\n<li>Para el enrejado de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/detalles\/anchoa_RR50_ol_12.asp?m=general\">anchoas del Cant\u00e1brico<\/a> de Conservas Serrats, colocamos las anchoas en paralelo horizontalmente y luego las vamos pasando las anchoas del Cant\u00e1brico en vertical: una por encima y otra por debajo\u2026 Seg\u00fan Ana: \u00abes m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil hacerlo que explicarlo\u00bb.<\/li>\n<li>Colocamos un aro de emplatar y ponemos una capa generosa de hummus y unas cucharadas de sofrito.
