Se trata de una Escarola amb romesco, para la cual ha utilizado las anchoas del Cant\u00e1brico de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/index.htm\">Conservas<\/a> Serrats. Mai nos cuenta que hay muchas formas de elaborar esta receta pero \u00aben definitiva lo que importa es el resultado y para ello tanto las anchoas como los ingredientes para el romesco deben ser de calidad superior. <strong>Conservas Serrats est\u00e1 totalmente recomendada por el excelente producto<\/strong>, os encantar\u00e1\u00bb.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes:<\/h2>\n<p>Para la ensalada:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 lata de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/anchoas-del-cantabrico.htm\">anchoas del Cant\u00e1brico<\/a> de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/index.htm\">Conservas Serrats<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Escarola<\/li>\n<li>Aceitunas<\/li>\n<li>Arbequinas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Para la salsa romesco:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cabeza de ajo<\/li>\n<li>4 tomates maduros<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00f1oras<\/li>\n<li>1 pimiento choricero<\/li>\n<li>50 gr de avellanas<\/li>\n<li>50 gr de almendras<\/li>\n<li>2 rebanadas de pan tostado o frito<\/li>\n<li>5 \u00f3 6 pets de monja o 2 galletas<\/li>\n<li>1 punta de guindilla<\/li>\n<li>75 ml de vinagre de vino<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 litro de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>En primer lugar, ponemos en remojo el pimiento y la \u00f1ora hasta que se hidraten. Cuando est\u00e9n hidratados raspar con un cuchillo para separar la pulpa de la piel.<\/li>\n<li>Mientras, asamos en el horno la cabeza de ajos y los tomates. Los dejamos enfriar. Cuando est\u00e9n fr\u00edos los pelamos e introducimos en un vaso batidor.<\/li>\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3n, agregamos el resto de ingredientes y lo montamos como si hici\u00e9ramos una mayonesa. Mai nos comenta que \u00aben realidad deber\u00edamos hacerlo en un mortero picando primero todos los ingredientes y ligando luego con el aceite, pero sale bien en el batidor y es muy r\u00e1pido\u00bb.<\/li>\n<li>Escurrimos el aceite de las <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/detalles\/anchoa_RR50_ol_12.asp?m=general\">anchoas del Cant\u00e1brico<\/a> de Conservas Serrats. Mai nos recomienda \u00abprobar la primera anchoa con un trozo de buen pan\u00bb.<\/li>\n<li>Mai nos cuenta que la ensalada normalmente la hace mezclando la escarola y el romesco en una ensaladera un hora antes para que tome sabor. Pero para esta receta, ha hecho una presentaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s cuidada.
