Veamos c\u00f3mo se preparan estas cebollas rellenas de bonito!<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes<\/h2>\n<p>(para 6 personas)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>12 cebollas<\/li>\n<li>3 latas de Bonito del Norte en aceite de Conservas Serrats<\/li>\n<li>3 huevos cocidos<\/li>\n<li>1 lata de pimientos<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd vaso de vino blanco<\/li>\n<li>1 diente de ajo<\/li>\n<li>Harina<\/li>\n<li>Salsa de tomate<\/li>\n<li>Guindilla<\/li>\n<li>Laurel<\/li>\n<li>Perejil<\/li>\n<li>Aceite<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>El <strong>bonito del norte se deshace<\/strong> muy menudo, <strong>se a\u00f1aden tres cucharadas de salsa de tomate<\/strong>, los huevos picados muy menudos, un pimiento picado y un chorrito del jugo de los pimientos; luego, se trabaja bien hasta conseguir una mezcla homog\u00e9nea que se reserva.<\/li>\n<li>Se escogen las <strong>cebollas<\/strong> de tama\u00f1o similar y <strong>se les quitan las capas exteriores<\/strong>, se vac\u00edan con el ahuecador y se dejan finas sin romperlas; se rellena con el preparado y se tapa la boca del hueco con un trozo de cebolla.<\/li>\n<li>En un sart\u00e9n peque\u00f1a <strong>con aceite muy caliente se fr\u00eden las cebollas<\/strong> hasta que est\u00e9n bien doradas, con un cuchar\u00f3n se echa aceite por encima para que se fr\u00edan por todos lados. Despu\u00e9s se van colocando en una cazuela y se reservan calientes.<\/li>\n<li>Se prepara una <strong>salsa con un poco de cebolla picada, un pimiento tambi\u00e9n picado, un poco de salsa de tomate<\/strong>, una cucharada de harina y un diente de ajo machacado en el mortero con una rama de perejil y\u00a0 con medio vaso de vino blanco, y se deja cocer durante 10 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Despu\u00e9s se <strong>vierte sobre las cebollas, agregando un poco de agua si fuese necesario<\/strong>.
