Ana nos cuenta que se trata de un plato muy sabroso gracias al contraste del crujiente del hojaldre, un relleno suave y el puntito salado de la anchoa que le da el toque final\u00bb.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 lata de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/anchoa-aceite-lata-50g-12u\">anchoas del cant\u00e1brico en aceite de oliva<\/a> de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/\">Conservas Serrats<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 frasco de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/lomos-atun-frasco-200g\">at\u00fan claro en aceite de oliva<\/a> de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/\">Conservas Serrats<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Masa de hojaldre<\/li>\n<li>Clara de huevo<\/li>\n<li>Pimientos del piquillo asados<\/li>\n<li>Ma\u00edz dulce<\/li>\n<li>Aceitunas negras<\/li>\n<li>Mahonesa<\/li>\n<li>Perejil<\/li>\n<li>Tomates cherry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Comenzamos preparando el hojaldre. Para ello hacemos las bases y las pintamos con la clara de huevo.<\/li>\n<li>Precalentamos el horno a 220\u00ba y metemos el hojaldre en la bandeja a media altura con fuego arriba y abajo. Cuando metamos el hojaldre bajamos la temperatura del horno a 200\u00ba y esperamos 20 minutos. Sacamos y dejamos enfriar.<\/li>\n<li>Mientras, mezclamos el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/atun-claro\">at\u00fan claro<\/a> de Conservas Serrats, los pimientos del piquillo, el ma\u00edz y las aceitunas negras cortadas en lonchas. A\u00f1adimos mahonesa y mezclamos otra vez.
