Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 ha llamado a este plato Piruletas del Cant\u00e1brico. \u00bfQu\u00e9 te parecen?<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>24 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/anchoa-aceite-lata-50g-12u\">anchoas del Cant\u00e1brico en aceite de oliva<\/a> de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/\">Conservas Serrats<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 l\u00e1mina de hojaldre fresco<\/li>\n<li>150-200 gr trozo de rulo de queso de cabra<\/li>\n<li>8 tomates secos en aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Primero, precalentamos el horno a 200\u00baC y extendemos la l\u00e1mina de hojaldre sobre la encimera.<\/li>\n<li>Desmigamos el queso de cabra y lo ponemos sobre la l\u00e1mina de hojaldre.<\/li>\n<li>Escurrimos los tomates secos en aceite de oliva y los ponemos sobre el queso.<\/li>\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3n, enrollamos con mucho cuidado la l\u00e1mina de hojaldre. Cuando terminemos de enrollarla la cortamos en medallones como de un cent\u00edmetro y medio de grosor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Colocamos los medallones sobre el papel de hornear y los introducimos en el horno.
