Un plato que no os arrepentir\u00e9is de haberlo elaborado cuando lo hay\u00e1is probado.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 lata de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/anchoa-aceite-lata-50g-12u\">anchoas del Cant\u00e1brico en aceite de oliva<\/a> de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\">Conservas Serrats<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 lata de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/bonito-del-norte-aceite-oliva-tipica-120g-25ud\">bonito del norte en aceite de oliva<\/a> de Conservas Serrats<\/li>\n<li>10 caracolas de pasta gigantes<\/li>\n<li>200 ml de nata para cocinar<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd calabac\u00edn mediano<\/li>\n<li>Aceitunas negras<\/li>\n<li>1 tomate grande rojo y maduro<\/li>\n<li>1 lata de pimiento morr\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Ajo fresco<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<li>Pimienta blanca<\/li>\n<li>Aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Ponemos a hervir las caracolas en agua con sal y un chorrito de aceite de oliva. Cuando se hayan hecho las colocamos boca abajo sobre papel de cocina.<\/li>\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3n, pelamos y troceamos el calabac\u00edn y lo ponemos en una sart\u00e9n con un poquito de aceite durante 5 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adimos un poco de ajo rallado, nata y el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/bonito-del-norte\">bonito del norte<\/a> de Conservas Serrats. Salpimentamos y dejamos que la nata reduzca y espese a fuego medio-alto.<\/li>\n<li>Vertemos esta crema en una batidora y trituramos.<\/li>\n<li>Picamos las aceitunas y las <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/anchoas-del-cantabrico\">anchoas del Cant\u00e1brico<\/a> de Conservas Serrats. Mezclamos y reservamos.<\/li>\n<li>Cogemos otra sart\u00e9n, a\u00f1adimos un poco de aceite y fre\u00edmos el tomate rallado sin piel junto con el pimiento picadito, el ajo rallado al gusto y sal. Dejamos al fuego durante 12 minutos aproximadamente. Lo a\u00f1adimos a la batidora y trituramos. Ya tenemos lista la salsa.<\/li>\n<li>Vertemos la salsa sobre el plato. Rellenamos las caracolas con la crema y dejamos encima de la salsa boca arriba para que no se salga el relleno.
