Noelia se ha animado a participar en nuestro concurso con una lasa\u00f1a de berenjenas con at\u00fan claro de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\">Consevas<\/a> Serrats. Sin duda, \u00a1un plato riqu\u00edsimo!<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>4 frascos de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/lomos-atun-frasco-200g\">at\u00fan claro en aceite de oliva<\/a> de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\">Conservas Serrats<\/a><\/li>\n<li>2 berenjenas<\/li>\n<li>1 cebolla<\/li>\n<li>2 tomates naturales<\/li>\n<li>Queso rallado<\/li>\n<li>Pimienta negra<\/li>\n<li>Aceitunas negras<\/li>\n<li>Az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<li>Aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Primero, lavamos las berenjenas. Las cortamos en finas l\u00e1minas y sazonamos.<\/li>\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3n, las pasamos por huevo y harina.<\/li>\n<li>Ponemos aceite a calentar y cuando est\u00e9 bien caliente fre\u00edmos las berenjas.<\/li>\n<li>Mientras, en una sart\u00e9n pochamos la cebolla hasta que est\u00e9 blandita.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adimos el tomate con una pizca de az\u00facar, el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/atun-claro\">at\u00fan claro<\/a> de Conservas Serrats y las aceitunas negras. A\u00f1adimos sal y pimienta. Sofre\u00edmos.<\/li>\n<li>Cogemos una bandeja de horno y alternamos las capas de berenjena con la mezcla anterior.
