{"id":5218,"date":"2011-07-29T10:30:40","date_gmt":"2011-07-29T08:30:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/?p=5218"},"modified":"2022-09-05T14:34:07","modified_gmt":"2022-09-05T12:34:07","slug":"jornada-de-cata-de-bonito-del-norte-en-conserva","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/recetas\/jornada-de-cata-de-bonito-del-norte-en-conserva\/","title":{"rendered":"Jornada de cata de Bonito del Norte en conserva"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Durante el pasado fin de semana <strong>El Diario Vasco<\/strong> public\u00f3 un art\u00edculo en su secci\u00f3n de Gastronom\u00eda narrando la jornada de cata de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/bonito-del-norte\">Bonito del Norte<\/a> que se realiz\u00f3 en el Centro Comercial La Bretxa de San Sebasti\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p>El grupo de reconocidos cocineros del Pa\u00eds Vasco que realizaron la cata fueron: <strong>Rub\u00e9n Trincado <\/strong>(Mirador de Ul\u00eda), <strong>Roberto Ruiz<\/strong> (Front\u00f3n de Tolosa), <strong>I\u00f1igo Cojo<\/strong> (Bokado San Telmo), <strong>Ander Gonz\u00e1lez<\/strong> (Astelena 1997) y <strong>Dani L\u00f3pez<\/strong> (Kokotxa).<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pero los protagonistas del d\u00eda fueron 7 reconocidas marcas de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/conservas-de-pescado\">conservas de pescado<\/a>, entre las que se encontraba <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/\">Conservas Serrats<\/a>. Y no defraudaron.
