Tiene una pinta muy apetitosa\u2026 \u00bfQu\u00e9 os parece?<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes<\/h2>\n<p>(para 2\/3 personas)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/es\/bonito-del-norte-aceite-oliva-tipica-120g-25ud\">Bonito del norte en aceite de oliva<\/a> de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/es\">Conservas Serrats<\/a> (400gr)<\/li>\n<li>1 Huevo duro<\/li>\n<li>2 Cebollas<\/li>\n<li>Salsa de tomate (4 cucharadas aprox)<\/li>\n<li>Aceite de oliva, sal<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e1minas de pasta para hacer canelones<\/li>\n<li>Queso rallado<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Para la bechamel:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50 gr de mantequilla<\/li>\n<li>50 gr de harina<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd litro de leche<\/li>\n<li>Nuez moscada y sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Comenzamos cortando la cebolla en trocitos y la sofre\u00edmos a fuego lento en aceite de oliva, hasta que est\u00e9 transparente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-541 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/wp-content\/uploads\/Dibujo1.bmp\" alt=\"imagen1\" width=\"630\" height=\"417\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Escurrimos el bonito y lo desmigamos, mezclamos la cebolla con el bonito.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-542 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/wp-content\/uploads\/Dibujo2.bmp\" alt=\"imagen2\" width=\"631\" height=\"417\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A\u00f1adimos la salsa de tomate y el huevo duro troceado, ponemos un poquito de sal, y removemos todo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-543\" src=\"https:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/wp-content\/uploads\/Dibujo3.bmp\" alt=\"imagen3\" width=\"630\" height=\"420\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparamos la pasta con las instrucciones del paquete y rellenamos los canelones con la mezcla de bonito. Los vamos colocando sobre una fuente de horno.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-544\" src=\"https:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/wp-content\/uploads\/Dibujo4.bmp\" alt=\"imagen4\" width=\"631\" height=\"298\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La bechamel se prepara derritiendo la mantequilla a fuego lento. A\u00f1adimos la harina y removemos hasta que quede una mezcla homog\u00e9nea. Poco a poco vamos echando la leche (previamente caliente, 1 minuto en el microondas por ejemplo) y removiendo sin parar. Aromatizamos con un poco de nuez moscada y salamos al gusto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Cubrimos los canelones con la salsa bechamel y el queso rallado.
