Un plato italiano muy tradicional que comparte similitudes con la pizza. \u00bfTe animas?<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 lata de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/anchoa-aceite-lata-50g-12u\">anchoas del Cant\u00e1brico en aceite de oliva<\/a> de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/\">Conservas Serrats<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Mozzarella<\/li>\n<li>Tomates secos<\/li>\n<li>500 gr de harina<\/li>\n<li>325 ml de agua tibia<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de levadura<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharaditas de sal<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cucharadita de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>Romero<\/li>\n<li>Aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Colocamos el agua, las 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva, la sal y el az\u00facar en la Thermomix. Seleccionamos\u00a0 minuto, temperatura 40\u00ba y velocidad 1.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adimos la harina y la levadura. Seleccionamos 15 segundos a velocidad 6 y luego 3 minutos a velocidad espiga.<\/li>\n<li>Enharinamos la mesa y nuestras manos. Sacamos la masa del vaso y le damos forma de bola. Colocamos la mas en un bol grande tapado con un film. Abrigamos y esperamos a que doble su tama\u00f1o.<\/li>\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3n, sacamos la masa del bol y en una superficie enharinada amasamos con las manos para quitar el aire. Pintamos la masa con bastante aceite y la estiramos sobre una bandeja antiadherente. Presionamos con los dedos para que queden los pocitos (agujeros t\u00edpicos de las focaccias).<\/li>\n<li>Colocamos la mozzarella y los tomates secos sobre la masa. Dejamos reposar al menos 10 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Echamos un buen chorro de aceite de oliva y romero.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Metemos en el horno precalentado a 200\u00ba-220\u00ba.
