Ya est\u00e1 lista mi segunda receta, espero que me d\u00e9 la misma suerte que la primera.\u00a0Esta vez he elaborado un milhojas\u00a0con tomate confitado y ventresca de bonito\u201d. Veamos c\u00f3mo prepararlo\u2026<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 kg de tomates<\/li>\n<li>3 dientes de ajo<\/li>\n<li>1 lata de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/es\/comprar-ventresca-de-bonito\">ventresca de bonito del norte en aceite de oliva<\/a> de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/es\/\">Conservas Serrats<\/a><\/li>\n<li>2 patatas grandes cortadas en bastones<\/li>\n<li>aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>queso rallado<\/li>\n<li>az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>tomillo al gusto<\/li>\n<li>romero al gusto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure id=\"attachment_556\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-556\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" encontrar<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Precalentar el horno a 180\u00baC.<\/li>\n<li>Pelar y descorazonar los tomates, cortarlos\u00a0en gajos y retirarle las semillas.<\/li>\n<li>Disponerlos en fuente de horno y a\u00f1adir\u00a0los dientes de ajo laminados, el tomillo y el romero.<\/li>\n<li>Regarlos con un hilo de aceite y espolvorearlos con el az\u00facar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" title=\"El tomillo y el romero le dan un toque muy especial a este milhojas\" aproximadamente.<\/li>\n<li>Fre\u00edr los bastones de patata en abundante aceite caliente y\u00a0colocarlos\u00a0sobre\u00a0papel absorbente para retirar el exceso de aceite.<\/li>\n<li>Retirar los tomates del horno y escurrirlos.<\/li>\n<li>Colocar cuatro bastones de patata en un plato, cubrirlos con tomate, a\u00f1adir una capa de\u00a0<strong> ventresca de bonito del norte<\/strong> y\u00a0repetir la operaci\u00f3n terminando el milhojas con una capa de tomate confitado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure id=\"attachment_558\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-558\" style=\"width:
