A simple vista puede parecer un poco complicado preparar este Caramelo Serrats, pero no es as\u00ed. Tan solo hace falta al de ma\u00f1a y un poco de tiempo. Adem\u00e1s, aprovechamos para informarte que Astrid est\u00e1 organizando el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.miblogdepintxos.com\/2011\/09\/2-concurso-miblogdepintos.html\">II concurso Mi Blog de Pintxos<\/a> en el que Conservas Serrats es uno de los patrocinadores. \u00bfTe vas a animar a participar?<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes para 6 pintxos<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 frasco de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/bonito-del-norte-oliva-frasco-200g-24u\">bonito del norte en aceite de oliva<\/a> de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/\">Conservas Serrats<\/a><\/li>\n<li>8 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/anchoa-aceite-lata-50g-12u\">anchoas del Cant\u00e1brico en aceite de oliva<\/a> de Conservas Serrats<\/li>\n<li>12 guindillas en vinagre Euskolabel<\/li>\n<li>6 pimientos del piquillo de bote<\/li>\n<li>100 gr de jugo de los pimientos<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de postre de mayonesa o crema de queso<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de moka de almid\u00f3n de ma\u00edz<\/li>\n<li>Az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<li>Aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Comenzamos preparando el papel de pimiento que es lo que m\u00e1s tiempo nos va a llevar. Trataremos hacer una especie de crepes finitas de pimientos del piquillo. Trituramos los pimientos, el jugo y el almid\u00f3n de ma\u00edz. A\u00f1adimos sal y az\u00facar.<\/li>\n<li>Cogemos una sart\u00e9n de tefl\u00f3n y a fuego lento pincelamos una vez. Esperamos unos segundos a que se seque y volvemos a pincelar. No dejamos que se queme y repetimos esta operaci\u00f3n 4 veces. Astrid nos aconseja que \u201csi vemos que se oscurece, saquemos del fuego y bajamos el calor\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando hayamos terminado de pincelar levantamos un lateral y con las manos tiramos hacia nosotros lentamente. Reservamos en un plato poniendo un papel sulfurizado entre cada capa de papel de pimiento.<\/li>\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3n, preparamos la mermelada de guindilla el cual, seg\u00fan Astrid \u201ces un acompa\u00f1amiento muy apropiado para pintxos salados\u201d. Cortamos las guindillas en trozos peque\u00f1os, mezclamos con el az\u00facar en un cazo y llevamos a ebullici\u00f3n unos 10 minutos a fuego m\u00ednimo. Podemos reservarlo en un bote para futuros platos. Dejamos unas cuantas guindillas para adornar el plato.<\/li>\n<li>Despu\u00e9s, mezclamos el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/bonito-del-norte\">bonito del norte<\/a> de Conservas Serrats y la mayonesa o crema de queso. Escurrimos y picamos las <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/anchoas-del-cantabrico\">anchoas del Cant\u00e1brico<\/a> de Conservas Serrats y a\u00f1adimos. Mezclamos y reservamos.<\/li>\n<li>Por \u00faltimo, preparamos el caramelo Serrats. Cogemos una tira de papel de pimiento del piquillo, colocamos encima una cucharada de la mezcla de bonito del norte y anchoas del Cant\u00e1brico y envolvemos como si fuese un caramelo. Sobre un plato colocamos una l\u00ednea o base de la mermelada de guindillas y situamos encima el caramelo Serrats.
