Pues id poniendo el horno a precalentar, \u00a1Y empezamos!<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes para 4 personas<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>2 Pimientos Rojos<\/li>\n<li>2 Pimientos Verdes<\/li>\n<li>1 Bote de<a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/bonito-del-norte\"> Bonito del Norte<\/a> Serrats<\/li>\n<li>4 Rovellones grandes<\/li>\n<li>100 gramos de Girgolas<\/li>\n<li>100 gramos de Champi\u00f1ones<\/li>\n<li>2 Cebollas laminadas<\/li>\n<li>Mantequilla (para untar en la bandeja del horno)<\/li>\n<li>Estrag\u00f3n,Sal, y Aceite de Oliva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>En una sarten con aceite de oliva sofreimos la cebolla y las setas con un poco de estrag\u00f3n y sal.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando est\u00e9 listo, ponemos el sofrito en un bol y lo mezclamos con bonito del norte de conservas <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/\">Serrats<\/a>. Rellenamos los pimientos.<\/li>\n<li>Tapamos los pimientos. Untamos una bandeja de horno con mantequilla ( usamos una desechable) y colocamos los pimientos encima.<\/li>\n<li>Lo metemos en el horno previamente precalentado durante 40 minutos aprox. (depende de cada horno) a 180 grados. Ir vigilando que no se quemen.<\/li>\n<li>Como truco os diremos que sabemos cuando el pimiento esta hecho, porque su piel comenzar\u00e1 a arrugarse<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure id=\"attachment_6302\"
