Por no hablar de la calidad gastron\u00f3mica del plato, que a la vista est\u00e1, debe ser una\u00a0delicia. As\u00ed que no perdamos mas tiempo, cogednos de la mano, y en un\u00a0tris\u00a0nos plantamos en nuestra Piazza di San Marco Veneciana particular, a degustar estos\u00a0fant\u00e1sticos\u00a0Fusilli mientras escuchamos las campanas de la catedral de Santa Mar\u00eda al anochecer&#8230;..\u00a1 Y sin salir de casa, oiga!<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes para 2 personas:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>250gr. pasta en este caso, fusilli<\/li>\n<li>30 gr. de mantequilla<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>1 cebolla picada<\/li>\n<li>75 gr. de champi\u00f1ones cortados a l\u00e1minas<\/li>\n<li>2 dientes de ajo<\/li>\n<li>125 ml. de nata l\u00edquida<\/li>\n<li>1 lata de at\u00fan claro de conservas <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\">Serrats<\/a> escurrido y desmenuzado<\/li>\n<li>Zumo de 1 lim\u00f3n peque\u00f1o<\/li>\n<li>Albahaca picada<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>En una olla grande con agua hirviendo y sal. cocer la pasta hasta que est\u00e9 al dente.<\/li>\n<li>Se escurre y se devuelven a la olla<\/li>\n<li>Se calienta la mantequilla en una sart\u00e9n y se pocha a fuego lento la cebolla y el ajo hasta que la cebolla est\u00e9 tierna<\/li>\n<li>Se a\u00f1aden los champi\u00f1ones y se cuecen durante 2 minutos<\/li>\n<li>Se vierte la nata y se deja hasta que rompa el hervor<\/li>\n<li>Se baja el fuego y se cuece a fuego lento hasta que la salsa empiece a espesar<\/li>\n<li>Se a\u00f1ade el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/atun-claro\">at\u00fan<\/a> y el zumo de lim\u00f3n y la pimienta y albahaca al gusto<\/li>\n<li>Se a\u00f1ade toda la mezcla a la pasta que est\u00e1 en la olla y se remueve suavemente\n<figure id=\"attachment_6447\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6447\" style=\"width: 550px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-6447\" title=\"Fusilli a la crema de at\u00fan y champi\u00f1ones\" src=\"https:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusilinew.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"550\" height=\"366\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-6447\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Delicioso y elegante resultado<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Nos encanta, Ana&#8230;\u00a1Tutti a mangiare!<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Os presentamos estos fusilli a la crema de at\u00fan blanco con champi\u00f1ones, plato delicioso, socorrido, y que har\u00e1 las delicias de toda la familia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":6446,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[7],"tags":[61,314,33,30,625,258,223,252],"class_list":["post-6445","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-atun-claro","tag-ajo","tag-albahaca","tag-cebolla","tag-champinones","tag-fusilli","tag-mantequilla","tag-nata-liquida","tag-zumo-de-limon"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.6 -
