Es todo un rey de las barras. Cuentan que naci\u00f3 hace \u00a0setenta a\u00f1os en los almacenes de venta de vinos, como aperitivo que obsequiaban los bodegueros a sus clientes, \u00a0tambi\u00e9n nos trae recuerdos de aquellos bares de toda la vida, con sus palillos en el suelo, con su olor a gambas en gabardina reci\u00e9n fritas, a vermouth de domingo, a calamares a la romana, al vinagre de los encurtidos&#8230; Pero se ha mantenido firme frente a \u00a0modas y a las tendencias, y hoy en d\u00eda seguimos encontr\u00e1ndolo en las barras mas selectas, code\u00e1ndose con reducciones de tal, espumas de cual, y cocina de vanguardia.
