La hemos visto en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.viajesyturistas.com\/\">Viajes y turistas<\/a>, y nos ha parecido digna de divulgar. Sabeis que si ya de por s\u00ed el mundo es grande y cada pueblo, sociedad o cultura es un mundo; en cuestiones de gastronom\u00eda la variedad es a\u00fan mayor y parece no tener l\u00edmites. En <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\">Conservas\u00a0Serrats<\/a>\u00a0aprovechamos los productos del cant\u00e1brico para nuestras conservas, pero un pel\u00edn m\u00e1s hacia el norte, concretamente en Suecia, los gustos van por otros derroteros&#8230;<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Hoy vamos a hablaros del\u00a0<strong>Surstr\u00f6mming, <\/strong>una conserva a base de arenques del b\u00e1ltico considerada toda una delicatessen por aquellas latitudes. Es muy apreciada por su sabor y se comercializa en latas f\u00e1ciles de encontrar en los supermercados. Hasta aqu\u00ed todo correcto. La sorpresa viene cuando nos enteramos de que los arenques llevan un proceso de fermentaci\u00f3n dentro de la lata que les dan el olor y sabor de un pescado que lleva varios d\u00edas en la basura. De hecho, se aconseja abrir la lata en espacios abiertos por dos motivos: A\/\u00a0el olor que surge al abrir la lata invade instant\u00e1neamente la sala\/casa\/vecindario del afortunado catador, y B\/ La fermentaci\u00f3n en la lata provoca muchas veces una sobrepresi\u00f3n que propicia que el l\u00edquido en el que se fermenta el arenque salga disparado en todas direcciones redecorando las salas suecas. De hecho, otra recomendaci\u00f3n de la conservera es abrir la lata bajo el agua para evitarlo.<\/p>\n<p>Del sabor poco podemos decir, porque no lo hemos probado, pero por la cara de este muchacho podemos deducir que el aroma es cuando menos inquietante:<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_6630\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6630\" style=\"width: 150px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-6630\" title=\"Arenque fermentado\" src=\"https:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/wp-content\/uploads\/tiburon-balde-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/recetas\/wp-content\/uploads\/tiburon-balde-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/recetas\/wp-content\/uploads\/tiburon-balde.jpg 450w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-6630\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Un particular aroma<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>As\u00ed que ya veis, amigos, que todo en este mundo es cuesti\u00f3n de culturas y la gastronom\u00eda no iba a ser menos. Lo que a nosotros nos parece una delicia puede parecer incomestible a unos cuantos kil\u00f3metros de distancia, y a la inversa. De todos modos si\u00a0viaj\u00e1is\u00a0a Suecia y\u00a0ten\u00e9is\u00a0la ocasi\u00f3n, comprad una lata de\u00a0<strong>Surstr\u00f6mming<\/strong>,\u00a0abr\u00edos\u00a0de mente, cerraos de nariz, armaos de valor, e hincadle el diente.
