No es \u00abpasta con at\u00fan\u00bb sino \u00abpasta <strong>DE<\/strong> at\u00fan\u00bb. Nuestra amiga <strong>Agnes<\/strong> creadora del blog \u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/debuencomeryalgomas.blogspot.com\/\"> de buen comer y algo m\u00e1s<\/a>\u00bb ha puesto manos en la masa nunca mejor dicho, y haciendo honor a la mejor tradici\u00f3n italiana, ha decidido preparar ella misma la pasta, integrando el at\u00fan claro de<a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\"> conservas Serrats<\/a> en la masa. Agnes nos dice que es un truco ideal que utiliza para incluir el at\u00fan en la dieta de una manera muy original, \u00a1y no podemos estar m\u00e1s de acuerdo! \u00bfOs apetece un plan ideal para el\u00a0fin\u00a0de semana? Despejad la mesa de la cocina, espolvoreadla de harina, coged a los ni\u00f1os\/novias\/novios\/marido\/mujer\/abuelos, etc&#8230; \u00a0poned <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=U-xsosv6uM0\">esta m\u00fasica<\/a> de fondo a todo volumen, sent\u00edos italianos 100% y amasad,\u00a0enharinad, enharinaos, cortar la pasta a vuestro gusto y disfrutar de un plato elaborado desde la base. Os\u00a0divertir\u00e9is\u00a0de principio a fin y\u00a0comer\u00e9is un plato original, saludable y delicioso. \u00a1Salute!<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes para la masa:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>300 gr de harina<\/li>\n<li>2 latas de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/atun-claro\">at\u00fan \u00a0Claro Serrats<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\u00a02 huevos<\/li>\n<li>1 pizca de sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Ingredientes para la salsa:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>250gr de tomate triturado<\/li>\n<li>3<a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/anchoas-del-cantabrico\"> anchoas del Cant\u00e1brico Serrats<\/a><\/li>\n<li>or\u00e9gano<\/li>\n<li>una copita de vino rancio<\/li>\n<li>sal<\/li>\n<li>aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>queso parmesano<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Desmenuzar bien el at\u00fan y mezclarlo con la harina,los huevos y la sal<\/li>\n<li>Amasar bien hasta que quede una masa firme y el\u00e1stica<\/li>\n<li>Con el rodillo aplanar un poco la masa y si ten\u00e9is maquina manual de pasta ,solo hay que hacer una plancha con ella y luego enharinarla bien\n<p><figure id=\"attachment_6802\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6802\" style=\"width: 448px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-6802\" title=\"pasta atun 2\" src=\"https:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/wp-content\/uploads\/pasta-atun-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"448\" height=\"336\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-6802\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">...amasando...<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Enrollarla(si no ten\u00e9is, con el rodillo ir estirando la masa hasta conseguir una plancha lo mas fina posible) y con un cuchillo ir cortando a tiras de 1\/2cm y os saldr\u00e1 un tipo de tallarin.<\/li>\n<li>Hervir la pasta (al ser fresca con 3 minutos es suficiente)<\/li>\n<li>Para preparar la salsa,se pone en una sart\u00e9n un poco de aceite y el tomate triturado ,se a\u00f1ade or\u00e9gano y se deja pochar un poco<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adimos las anchoas y la copita de vino rancio y dejamos cocer un poco hasta que se haya evaporado el alcohol y de tiempo a que las anchoas se deshagan un poco<\/li>\n<li>Una vez listo solo queda mezclar con los tallarines y ponerle un poco de parmesano por encima<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure id=\"attachment_6805\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6805\" style=\"width: 448px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-6805\" title=\"pasta atun\" src=\"https:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/wp-content\/uploads\/pasta-atun3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"448\" height=\"336\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-6805\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Deliciosa pasta de at\u00fan<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>\u00a1Fant\u00e1stica creaci\u00f3n, Agnes!<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pasta de at\u00fan con salsa de anchoas.
