En este caso, las berenjenas rellenas son todo un cl\u00e1sico de la cocina, y esta vez con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\">Conservas Serrats<\/a> como ingrediente principal la receta cobra una dimensi\u00f3n diferente. Esta baya gigante que ya se conoce hace m\u00e1s de 4000 a\u00f1os, alcanza su punto perfecto de maduraci\u00f3n en verano, y cuando las compr\u00e9is recordad que su piel debe estar tersa y ceder ligeramente a la presi\u00f3n, as\u00ed\u00a0garantiz\u00e1is\u00a0que la berenjena esta fresca. Una vez teng\u00e1is la mejor del mercado, volved a casa y seguid paso a paso las indicaciones que os damos, y\u00a0conseguir\u00e9is\u00a0uno de esos platos irresistibles, de esos en los que el queso fundido se estira desde el plato hasta el tenedor&#8230; en los que la cebollita tostada cruje en la boca&#8230;..la bechamel ba\u00f1a el deliciosos bonito del norte&#8230;.\u00a1Yo ya estoy corriendo a la cocina!<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a02 berenjenas grandes<\/li>\n<li>1 cebolla<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 pimiento rojo<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 pimiento verde<\/li>\n<li>150 ml bechamel<\/li>\n<li>\u00a050 ml tomate frito<\/li>\n<li>2 latas de<a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/bonito-del-norte\"> bonito del norte Serrats<\/a> en aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<li>Cebolla crujiente para decorar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Partimos la berenjena a la mitad a lo largo<\/li>\n<li>Hacemos unos cortes en diagonal de derecha a izquierda y viceversa<\/li>\n<li>Echamos un chorrito de aceite y metemos al horno a 180\u00ba hasta que la carne de la berenjena est\u00e9 blandita. Sacamos del horno y le quitamos la carne, reservamos<\/li>\n<li>En una sart\u00e9n con un chorrito de aceite echamos la cebolla , y los pimientos todo bien picado a pochar. Salamos al gusto<\/li>\n<li>Cuando est\u00e9 la verdura blandita a\u00f1adimos la berenjena picada, el tomate frito y mezclamos<\/li>\n<li>Escurrimos el aceite al bonito y agregamos<\/li>\n<li>Mezclamos y a\u00f1adimos dos o tres cucharadas de bechamel (se puede usar de brick, o casera)<\/li>\n<li>Rellenamos las berenjenas con la farsa<\/li>\n<li>Ba\u00f1amos con bechamel y decoramos con cebolla crujiente<\/li>\n<li>Metemos al horno a 180\u00ba a gratinar.
